I was arranged by my tour guide to stay overnight before transfer to pudong airport on the next day.Overall the room is quite comfortable but is lacking of wifi (only available in the lobby but it's really slow). Breakfast is satisfactory but could be improved as the choices are pretty limited unlike others hotels I've stayed during my trip over...

I have been dropped here at 5am due to a cancelled flight. At first sight I was fine with the place, so was I in the morning. I stayed at suite that has a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a living room. Since I stay here for less then 1 day (I hope so, since I still wait for new flight...

Just got back from Shanghai, China. Stayed at the Howard Johnson. It was amazing. When I arrived I was with my 92 year old father for a tour. After getting off the plane from a 16 hour flight his feet swelled up so he was having a hard time walking. When we got there they had a wheel chair for...

Located about an hour away by taxi or metro from the central tourist attractions of shanghai. Staff seemed professional and helpful. Rooms were new-ish with clean, crispy linens but were rather cramped. Shower was a strange glass encased unit with a ½ tub and a rainfall shower that was situated ½ in and ½ out of the tub. Breakfast buffet...

I went to Shanghai during the China National Day and stayed in this hotel for 2 days with my family. The room is tidy and clean, big bath room. The room is quite moden in which there is a electic lourve in bathroom, iPhone changer. Breakfast is average. However, there is not much entertainments or restaurants outside the hotel.

This hotel was not bad, but you're in the middle of nowhere. You can't really walk anywhere to get something to eat. The in-house restaurants are pricey. The rooms are clean and nice. I stayed in the single king bed room. The bathroom is pretty spacious, tub and separate shower stall. There's a window in the shower stall. You can...

Booked this hotel as a try-out for two nights. Room was excellent, lots of windows, even from the shower you look down onto the city. However the Aircon was a bit noisy and not really effective. Service is fair but nothing too fancy. Less attractive is the direct surrounding of this hotel, there's hardly anything there. The closest good resaurant...

Stayed with my fiancee when we came to Shanghai on a guided tour and it was very good indeed. Lobby was very impressive and grand akin to a international 5 star hotel and not those local 5 star. there was a welcome drink at the lobby too, a first in a long while traveling around China. Rooms were spacious and...

We are very impressed with this hotel. The best of our 9 days trip. We stayed here 1st & last day of a highly subsidized tour. On the 1st day we asked for a high floor room & was so happy to be given a beautiful executive huge room on the 25th floor. So generous of them. Absolutely loved the...
