The front staff Lucy kindly helped me arrange a take away breakfast the next morning as I have to leave early to catch a train. Really appreciated that!

Average hotel, definitely not a Pullman standard property. Hotel located in middle of commercial buildings area, therefore there is nothing to do in the evening, my advise take a taxi and spend your evening in Taicang Rd. Staff speaks extremely poor English, good luck if you are a foreigner, specially the Front Desk team! Breakfast is a must, full of choices for both Western and Chinese items. Hotel has two restaurants. We have tried the main restaurant in the lobby, again, staff hardly speaks English, which sadly does not allow them to engage better with foreign guests. However, restaurant including chefs are extremely friendly and helpful. DONNOT order taxi to airport through bellman desk..extremely expensive! Rooms are super clean..Thumbs up for housekeeping team. The best thing in this hotel are the room service delivery robots. The kids loved them!

Terrible hotel in the Accor chain that does not live up to Pullman / Accor standards. Stayed there from 29/12 to 1/1. 1. Rooms were terribly hot with no ability to change temperature. 2. Check in was inefficient. As an Accor member was not offered complimentary drink; had to request for it. The complimentary drinks were only for beers, soft drink, juices and coffee/tea. 3. Check out was equally terrible. Wanted to use Points to offset the stay but Tina the front desk staff was not helpful and rude. 4. Bellboys were lazy / no initiative. Didn't help out with the bags. Unlike other hotels we've been to in China. 5. What people might not realise is that it is not in that great of a neighbourhood. So definitely don't bring your family / kids here.

I had quite a convenient, easy stay at Pullman Jing An despite the relatively warm temp in the room, which is beneficial for a zero weather. The hotel location is perfect for commute, DiDi and taxi. Allan (our reliable hotel concierge staff) managed to assist us with all the restaurant I wanted to try in Shanghai. Overall it was a good stay for a first timer.

My family chose to spend this winter somewhere we can feel the winter temperatures,so we chose Shanghai. We chose this hotel as Im members of AccorHotels. When we entered the hotel, young boys helped us with our luggage. The front desk staff speaks fluent English and are very friendly and helpful. No matter what time you come to the front desk, they are always happy to help you. The room seemed very old and very small. The temperature in the room was extremely hot, maybe we are from the tropics. The food in the restaurant is very rich and you have many choices. But the staff couldn't communicate in English at all. Not even like a professional waiter. We would rather try other hotels in Shanghai.

Hotel hardware generally good, but needs improving 1. Cannot adjust room temperature, felt too hot at times 2. We are partner gold members. Welcome drink don't have any alcohol. also no welcome gift or note in our room. No room upgrade too. 3. We arrived about 15min before the lounge bar's closing time. Tried to pay for beer, but was told no cold ones?! 4. Seems weird, so we asked why no cold beer, the waiter was rude. At one stage , he refused to serve us. Amazed that this could happen in a Pullman. The waitress was ok though, but training seems needed. Unfortunately, our worst experience yet with a Pullman.

The individual room air conditioning not working because hotel is in winter mode. The room is very hot 27-29 celsius. Had to ask for a fan and have a window open despite air pollution outside. Avoid this hotel if air conditioning is top of must have list.

I needed to catch a train early one morning from the Shanghai Train station so this hotel is perfect. It's a 3 minute walk to the station. The breakfast before going was wonderful as well. The room was clean, quiet, and my shower was perfect. I will stay here every time I need to take the train from the Shanghai train station. There are so many things to see, do, and eat within a 5 minute walk from the hotel as well.

The hotel was lovely, clean and well designed. Pullman Shanghai Jing'An is situated in a convenient location: next to metro and railway station. I had an impression that the receptionists are not prepared for my arrival, normally when I go to other Accor hotel in other countries. They already prepared the documents of the customers in the folder. There was a long queue. There were 2 check-in counters, but the staff only worked on one counter (the one next to the restaurant). The receptionists seemed not to be trained with the protocol when it comes to loyal members. No welcome drink voucher until I asked. No letter written about the benefits the loyal customer can use (I normally get it from other hotels in other countries. So I do not need to ask what is included, what is not) The Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor is closed but there is no announcement about it, until I ask. And it is still visible on the sign board in the elevator. Overall, the staff's attitude was polite and courteous. Perhaps, the whole team can talk about how to make things more organized. Please take this as a constructive feedback. There are so many good things from Pullman Jing'An hotel already. Bellboy "Allan" was very helpful, he arranged the shuttle bus for my family from here all the way to Shanghai Pudong International Airport with the fixed price 360 CNY (there is a sign board on the concierge). 酒店非常美麗、乾淨且設計精良。上海靜安鉑爾曼酒店位於一個便利的位置:毗鄰地鐵站和上海火車站。但我卻有一個印象,前台似乎沒有為我的到來做好準備,這與我在其他國家雅高酒店的經驗不同。通常其他雅高酒店會提前準備好客人的文件在文件夾裡。那天前台排隊等候的人很多,酒店有兩個辦理入住的櫃台,但只有一個在運作(靠近餐廳的櫃台)。前台似乎沒有接受過專業的培訓。我沒有收到迎賓飲料券,直到我主動詢問才拿到。也沒有一封關於忠實客戶可享受的福利的信(通常在我去其他國家的酒店時都有,所以我不需要詢問包括哪些,不包括哪些)。酒店五樓的中餐廳關閉了,但是並沒有公告,直到我親自問過才得知。而且在電梯的指示牌上仍然可以看到。總的來說,工作人員的態度很有禮貌。或許整個團隊可以討論一下如何讓事情更有條理。請將這看作是一些建設性的反饋。富麗東亞靜安寶爾曼酒店已經有很多優點了。 禮賓的Allan先生非常熱情,他為我的家人安排了從這裡到上海浦東國際機場的定價360元的接駁車(在門房有一個標誌牌)。

Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Great service and location is excellent which is just next to ShangHai Bullet Train Station. There is a 24 hrs GYM and heated pool to exercise. My next destination is HeFei , that why I stay just next to the train station for easy commute to different part of China. In my opinion, this is an excellent hotel to stay and location is good too. I really enjoy myself stay here for 2 day before taking train to HeFei.
