As a discovery black membership. I was surprised that I got billed out at 12 without asking me whether I need any late check out or not. Other than that the hotel got perfect everything. Hope you would keep this in mind and we’ll train your employees

What has the general manager or the management people done to this hotel ? It was a good hotel with the design but the people attitude is really so poor now . What happen ? The front desk staff was so bad . The food at the restaurant was exceptionally disgusting . The waiter was poor in any English ability . Their managers in black were arrogant.

It was my first business trip to the city from BJ this year, and the stay with you was just perfect room, amenities, gym, over 200+ gin bar to a restaurant, etc... also I must say a welcome letter from Mr. Tai was very lovely. I will stay whenever I am in the city from now on. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

This boutique hotel is nestled in the city centre in a very convenient location. You can literally expore the city centre entirely on foot, a subway station is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean and of a good size. Checking in was a breeze and staff were extrenely friendly. Best part is their breakfast on Saturday morning extends until 11am. That gave us more sleep-in time on Saturday morning
