Do yourself a favor and find another hotel, the pictures are deceiving. Located in an awful corner, the hotel looks nothing like the picture with dumpsters next to where your bellboy would have been. I was Ok with that as it is in a good location. There stops the good things. Really small rooms, not clean (smells bad) The ""window""...

I will agree with all the usual boring facts. The close proximity to Nanjing East Road and to the Bund make this place an easy sell. It's relatively easy to find, which is a very welcome relief at times. The room was pleasant, clean and fresh, and the bed relatively comfortable. All the kind of things you've heard before, but...

Strongly recommend. ... Overlooking the river half mile from the inlet from the sea that separates the Bund from the spectacular business district. Amazing views. .. Also 1-2 short blocks from Nanjing Road shopping street; but also just across the river from several 3-4 story shopping complexes full of stalls selling everything imaginable, including knock offs. Great bargains here and...

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Bund. Walk to the tributary river to the right of the main entrance, then walk left. Would definitely go back again.

The Bund Riverside is in a nice location near shopping on the Nanjing East Road. The room was quiet and nicely appointed with modern fixtures. My only problem with the hotel was, first, after specifically asking for a room and indicating we would be there around 2 p.m., when we arrived at 4 they were just getting around to cleaning...

The location of this hotel couldn't be more perfect -- it's within minutes from Nanjing East Road where all the famous foods/shopping area is located. Stroll down the street towards the Bund where a 10 minute walk will lead you to the water! Our biggest concern in China was safety and this area is 100% safe with people walking up...

The hotel is in a good location, just a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area and transport links. This was a last minute booking. Upon check-in, they informed us that the only available rooms were ones with a king-size bed or, if we really wanted a twin beds, then we could opt for the room with no windows!...

I have stayed in this hotel earlier also. This hotel is a 5 minute walk with luggage from East Nanging station. Take exit 2 or 5. The road itself is too shady and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It's a good 10 minute walk from Bund and 5 minutes from the shopping in East Nanging road. There...

The very moment we checked in the staff were very rude and unwelcoming. We first had a few problems that were difficult to solve and it seemed like the reception staff were uninterested and thought if us as more trouble than we are worth. There was one man (perhaps the assistant manager) was by far the rudest man I've ever...
