I have struggled with this review in providing a fair judgement but the resort does not fulfill international standards. The first impression of the hotel is the lobby and it is beautiful. A second look makes you ask who chose upholstered sofas in a humid tropical climate? Well, We arrived early and were told that our room would be ready...

We normally stay in Malolo Lai Lai but this year we decided to go to Pacific Harbour after a week at Musket Cove to do the Beqa Shark dive (which was incredible). Pacific Harbour seems a little sad (due to the run down development), beaches are nothing special and the weather is not as good as the West. But the...

We came here as a couple to attend our friend’s wedding reception. After a 2 hour drive from Nadi airport we finally arrived at this resort .The entrance is good with a driveway. The reception staff were quite friendly and made us feel at home. However if you pay by credit card there is a 3% surcharge which I think...

On my third trip to the Pacific Harbor, I still contend that the Fijian people are the friendliest in the world. We had a great time and made a lifetime friend in Matt Rounds. He is a great employee for the Pearl and should get a raise for his contribution to his guests.

The Pearl seems to receive very mixed reviews but we had a great stay despite the dubious weather the week we were there in October. We had a luxury escapes package which came with an ocean view room and bunch of vouchers for dinners, massages and a village tour. The ocean view rooms are lovely, spacious and modern. People in...

My partner and I LOVED our three nights at the Pearl in mid November. Location is ok with a short walk to the Arts Village for supermarkets, souvenirs and great restaurants. Rooms are a good size, clean and modern. But it is the staff that really make this place! From the front desk, to the restaurants, bars and activities desk,...

This is a great hotel well away from the cities and tourist traps, which is what I want. The hotel is getting a bit worn in places, but the ongoing upgrade over the next couple of years will only improve the whole experience. The absolute superstars of the hotel are the staff, they make the hotel a happy and relaxing...

The only thing that saves this place is the staff, they are fantastic, as for the property it is far from a 4 star we had no hot water for 3 days 1 bottle of wine for an apology, management would not front us to discuss issue, having showers with cockroaches is always fun, the mattresses are so stained you...

Unless you are prepared to travel this its not a place I would recommend - there are lots of other options closer to the Western side- In saying that - . If you want to escape the commercial side of Fiji then this is for you. We had pre-ordered a return transfer from the hotel rather than facing a haggle...

i wish I could have stayed longer, beautiful people. Great huge room, breakfast was awesome and to overlook the ocean was amazing, sitting on the beach or swimming in the pool. I have no down side to this place. A fantastic place to relax. Well done!!!
