Beaches - white sandy beautiful. Beachfront deluxe bures - for our family of 5 - perfect! Serviced daily :) Snorkeling - best we have seen in Fiji! Saw sting rays; sharks, nemo & family! Resort Spa - had our girls hair braided here and had the famous sugar scrub fijian massages. However, very disappointed when greeted at reception by a...

Just returned from four nights on mana. Beautiful spot but I feel compelled to warn travellers about the food. I've never written on trip advisor before so hope this helps some people in making up their mind. Basically food ranged from average to below standard in terms of freshness. There were a few dishes such as the fresh fish of...

We stayed here for 6 nights and loved every minute of it. I again emailed the resort prior to leaving and request a room in a quiet area which we received. We stayed in the Ocean view room which was perfect. If you are expecting a hotel style island you will be disappointed there are dirt tracks and falling coconuts....

We stayed here for 4 days. The island was a real mixed bag for us. The island itself is lovely and the abiltiy to move from the South Beach to the North Beach depending on the weather is fabulous. We stayed in the ocean front suites on South Beach and were thrilled at that. For the 3 of us the...

Stayed here with friends for a week, absolutely loved it. Kids (10 &13) could do their own thing and entertain themselves and the resort is well spread out so even though it was fully booked, it wasn't really crowded anywhere (other than some mealtimes at the buffet, but even then not what you'd call hectic). Whilst a lot of the...

My family (2 adults / 2 kids aged 8 & 10) have just recently returned from Mana Island Resort, staying there for seven days in the last week of the September school holidays. We had a great time and would certainly return to Mana if we were planning another holiday in Fiji. ROOMS We had originally booked a Beachfront Bure...

So I've waited a month or so before writing this and it would have been quite different if I wrote it when I was there. Mana is average in every way. there's nothing really bad and there's nothing that blows you away or even just reaches above your expectations. Take as much duty free alcohol as you can because you're...

My partner and I chose to stay at Mana Island Resort from a number of other options, based in part on the facilities on offer and the recommendations of friends who had been a year earlier, and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. The resort really is the archetype of a tropical island getaway, with a lovely resort...

Great hotel, food great, activities great room great, snorkeling in the sea with the free snorkeling gear that's amazing. The backpackers on the other side of the beach is good for cheaper food. The two swimming pools are good two, the different buffet food at night was good, if you like somewhere to relax this is the place for you
