This property really looked new and at a good location to get around, however I was expecting a bit more than what we got. First of all, the hotel appeared to be new and fresh and they did a great job keeping up with the COVID-19 protocols. The room was clean and everything appeared new. Our issue was the skimpy furniture, free breakfast and the pool. We had a room with 2 queen beds which were fine but there was only a desk and chair in the room. There was a corner of the room that looked like a recliner and table was removed. There was no note pads and pens to use if we needed it. Next, the pool was listed as a heated pool but really was small and not heated. The filter system didn’t seem to be working properly. There was minimum movement of the water. Finally, the breakfast was nothing to wake up for. A very limited number of options. For a clean, safe place, this one one works. But you will just get the minimum. No extra.…
My husband and I stayed at this location while traveling over the Holidays. We were greeted warmly and our room was in a nice location and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were updated and stylish. There was a limited breakfast but it was done as well as could be expected. We would recommend this location and will add it to our list of approved stops.
Room clean and quiet, would not know girls soccer teams were staying with us. Loved being able to walk to the hockey game, 15 minutes on foot. I will say door to our room was a little hard to push open. I will stay again next hockey season, Check in and out very quick/easy. It was a great weekend.
I had lower expectations coming based on reviews claiming it was a little dated but that really doesn’t do it justice. Nothing about this property is well maintained or particularly clean. -The room walls and furniture is old, chipped, in need of repair. -There was a straw and what appeared to be a condom between the bed a nightstand. I didn’t really want to inspect for confirmation. -There was mold in the bathroom. -No hand soap or other standard toiletries were provided in the bathroom. -The pool was a disaster. Dirty towels everywhere, only a few clean towels, the water was dirty looking, and the hot tub was drained and just left open. Looked fairly unsafe if you had small kids. We did check back later in the evening and the pool had still not been attended to. -Breakfast was mainly packaged items but they were also out of forks. Which was interesting. Overall a poor stay and would not return.…
Everything look nice and excellent service from front desk. I will give 2 out of 5 because bed is so hard like rock!! Who want to sleep on that?! Bed is very important. Maintenance seem not doing good job with drywall (see photos).
