Have stayed in this hotel many times. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my needs. I mentioned I wanted early checkin so my cake icing would not melt in my hot car and they volunteered to put a fridge in my room. But, my room was very humid. Others on this floor also complained about this. The carpet...

This hotel is in the Mountain Brook section 7 minutes outside of Bham near the Bham Zoo. Travel to and from is the opposite of normal rush hour traffic which is super-fantastic if you're a business traveler. Nice strip mall with a Moe's and Taziki's (recommended) next door, an ABC store around the corner for your beveraging needs, and close...

Going from Baton Rouge to Highlands, NC, we stop often in Birmingham, and we like this Hampton Inn. It is convenient and a good value. It is close to nice restaurants and close to the interstate that we travel.

Hotel room was very nice and clean. There was always free coffee available but did not eat the breakfast since we had brunch plans. Pool was small and not as nice as advertised online. Location was ideal.

Clean, nice smelling rooms and smiles from employees! Can't ask for more than that; free breakfast and internet was a bonus. There are several restaurants next door; the Greek food was extremely good! I will stay again!

This Hampton employed some of the nicest staff I have ever met. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is about he actual hotel. Old, outdated and very musty odor from air conditioner. After a night in hotel room, I had to spray Lysol into air conditioner to get rid of the dirt-musk odor. Does to...

If you're going to pass by Birmingham, it's a nice hotel with good installations. Near to the downtown and some interesting places. Breakfast and rooms are good, just like the most of the hotels in the USA. Only a bad thing, the fitness center is extremely poor, just two machines.

This Hampton is not as updated as others. The room was clean and beds comfortable, but the hallways and such were a bit drab. The staff were all very nice. I was expecting my room to have a microwave and refrigerator but it did not. That was kind of a disappointment.

Clean, simple check in.. After googling safest area, this is one I picked for the night. Room on the small side, but didn't matter to us. We just stopped for the night while driving to Florida. Clean room, ice cold air. Comfy bed.. had coffee maker in the room as well as free in the front desk area. Super friendly...

I stay here for business and each time the company asks where do I want to stay I always say "Hampton Inn Mountain Brooke". There are many hotels that are literally within walking distance to the company I work for, but I always choose Hampton Inn. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the food is awesome, and the rooms are...
