Thermostat in the Room didn’t work. TV reception for many channels was awful. Ice machine on my floor didn’t work. Cars were allowed to park in the checkin driveway. I’m HH Gold and I’m disappointed. Substandard.

Great customer service and very clean room. The location was very good. The breakfast was excellent and the overall stay at this hotel was excellent. My family enjoyed the hotel staff and amenities. Highly recommend this hotel.
