This hotel did not meet our expectations. I realize Quality Inn isn't top notch, but this one was a disappointment. Check in took a long time, even though I had booked the room through the Choice app. The bathroom fixtures in the room looked like they had been recently redone, so that was one of the better points of the room. However, we had a king room and there was one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth for two people in the room. The smoke detector in the room was missing! We booked a no smoking room, and the room did not smell like smoke, but both the bottom sheet and comforter had multiple cigarette burns. Breakfast was decent. We are on a weeklong trip staying at different hotels every night and this one was one of the most expensive, and we stayed at many much better for less money, so overall, I would not stay here again.

Well let’s begin with the smack in the face of the mold smell. This is the Gulf area and for the hotel to turn off the A/x’s for humidity control immediately triggers growth of mold!! It’s horrendous!! Now we are talking about a $60/night hotel. We get what we pay for!! Mold growth in the bathroom. If you have any allergies of any sort DO NOT STAY HERE! 1 towel, 1 Floor mat, 1 wash cloth. An empty tissue container

We booked the room because our friends were meeting us there and they suggested the Hotel. We arrived before our friends. The first room we were put given, as soon as we opened the door two small roaches were crawling on the comforter. So we asked for another room. The next room we were given we opened the door and the covers on the bed had already been pulled back as if some one already refused that room. We finally got a room that was acceptable though it smelled of mold. When we got in the room we noticed there were no washcloths in the room. I went down to the office and requested some. They said they had none and just handed me another towel as if my whole family was going to wash with one towel. I was wondering if they wanted me to cut it into thirds for each of us to wash with. We stayed the night even though not pleased. The next day our friends arrived and the lobby tried to give our friends the same room that wee saw roaches in. Our friends asked for another room. They accepted another room and stayed. Once it got dark we went into our friends room to gather our plans for the next day. Our friends were sitting in the bed with the covers pulled over them. We saw a bug crawling on the bed. Then another one. There were about five bugs crawling under the fold of the comforter. We went to the lobby and got the night manager to show her. She went in the room and threw the comforter off of the bed and said there are no bugs in this bed. When we told her that she just threw them on the floor with the comforter. She told us to get out and that we were just trying to find problems. The manager actually kicked us out of the hotel and made us leave just because we were finding legitimate issues. I am a choice rewards member and I stay with Choice when ever I get a chance to. I will not ever stay with another Choice Hotel ever again because of this one incident. We were still charged for our booking and a incidental fee. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I have paid thousands to this company and they have now got the last dollar from me.

Roachs, terrible wifi, and they charge $10 to take your breakfast to your room. Rooms have standard accommodations but if. You plan on using the WiFi here I suggest you get a good data plan. Half the rooms don’t come with a “no room service” door sign

Price was very reasonable. The first nights room was not as good as the second night. We was told they were renovating but the rooms had strong odors to them. No complimentary bathroom shampoos/ conditioners. Breakfast was terrible.

Room smelled of mold. Gunk frozen in sheet of ice in freezer. Electric outlet plate missing. Sticky substance on beside table and lamp base. However bed and pillows comfortable. HVAC unit actually worked appropriately (my experience is most don’t work correctly) breakfast hot and cold. Enough to choose from. Friendly front desk. My major issue was mold smell. They should get it checked out (esp given all the hurricanes that have gone through the area in the last yr)

Expensive but nasty! We were driving to Florida and didn't know if we planned to stop or not, so we didn't make a reservation. I always stay at Choice hotels and this was the only room available anywhere close to our route. The price was $285 but I felt confident that the room would be clean and safe. I was wrong. The front desk person was rude. Then when we pulled into a parking spot, a young woman who appeared to be a prostitute opened the door, in her underwear, and stared at us for a long time as if she was trying to determine if we were her next customer. When we got into the room, there were multiple electrical outlets missing their plate covers and horrible stains on the bathroom floor. The TV didn't work, and I would have called the office to complain except that the phone jack (also missing a plate cover) didn't work either. The next morning a crew was power-washing and making a great deal of noise. They had tools and equipment strewn everywhere, including the walkways. I cannot express how awful the whole experience was. We'd have been better off sleeping in our car (I was pleasantly surprised to look out our room window and discover that it hadn't been stolen overnight, BTW) and we could have save TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FIVE DOLLARS! This joint should rent rooms by the hour. A fair rate would be 75 cents an hour. STAY AWAY!

Came in from Texas and planned on staying here for a month to do a work project because Ive stayed at Quality Inns before with no problems. This place has no quality. The room had a musty mildewy smell to it. There was a hole in the wall. There was mildew in the bathroom. The sheets looked dirty. I killed two roaches. The price was way to high for a 1 star hotel!

I booked the room on my way to visit family. I left my house in Oklahoma and i caught something in my tire that ruined the tire. A lot more to that story, but the ordeal was about 4 hours. I called asking to cancel because i just couldn't make it that far after losing that much time. They wouldn't. i didn't realize that cancellation had to be done by the day before. After the expense of a tow, new tire , etc... and the time loss, i didn't feel I could make it. well, i didn't have the extra money to be able to afford a room. I got there about 1:30 in the morning (btw, I am 68 years old). there was hair on the toilet, the bath tub was not clean, and only had 1 towel, washcloth and handtowel. It is just a very worn motel. Will never stay there again.I felt dirty staying there. Also there was the smell of marijuanna outside

As a diamond member,I booked a double room for 53.99 a nite and request a upgrade to a king room, Got to hotel,and received the upgrade and sign my receipts for 62.94 I was in my room when I checked to see what had posted on my debit card,and seen they had added 12 dollars to my card without my knowledge for the upgrade,, I call the front desk ,and ask what was going on and was told the manager add the 12 dollar with out my signature or knowledge,, I can imagine how many time this management had done this before,, I been a diamond member over 10 years and never had a hotel do anything like this Choice need to disassociate itself from this petty hotel,,,,
