The hotel is located near Jonker St but far enough away for it to be quiet. The whole hotel is clean and tidy. We had a large room with good storage. There is not many TV channels for westerners. The bathroom was modern and had a good, hot shower with toiletries. The aircon and fan were excellent. The wifi was... More

I stayed only one night at Hotel Hong, but from the moment I arrived I was so well looked after. The owner drove me around jonker street to show me where to go the following morning, helped me find some vegetarian food for dinner, and then the following afternoon, when I need to leave, she drove me to the bus... Clean comfortable room at great price. Curry puffs on reception at breakfast time and a hot drinks machine available. Staff very friendly and insisted on giving us a lift to the bus station at no charge. Excellent position near Jonkers Street. Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the end of Jonker street (the slightly over hyped shopping street of Melaka). The location is OK but not as good as the accommodations closer to the center of the city. A free shuttle is offered to the bus terminal after check-out, which is nice. Being modern is a double edge sword:... More

Even though we arrived late to the local bus station, we spoke with Mr Tan from the hotel, and May, who also works there came and picked us up, and gave us a tour round town, showing us landmarks before arriving at our hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are basic but comfortable. Tea and coffee is available 24/7. Even though breakfast... More

Very clean and spacious rooms with very clean attached bathroom. The lady boss at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Really rely on all the past reviews about this place as I m first time. This is my first trip in Malaysia that I never switch on the aircond most of the time because the room is cool... More

Good location, Very helpful and friendly staff, they can pick you up at bus terminal when you reach, and even provide free transportation to some famous location and restaurant . There's free self service drink like coffee and tea in the hotel, a computer for web browsing, transfer photo or entertainment . Small but clean room with window and washroom,... More

Location is just next to Jonker Street, very convenient. It is just a small hotel with a few rooms, but the room is really very clean and in good condition. It is a budget hotel so don't expect too much. Clean room, bed and bathroom is all you need. There is no hair dryer, not sure if there is one... More

We stayed here again because we liked it the first time. It is a small hotel and there are ground floor rooms if you don't want to climb stairs. It is only a short walk to everything, only minutes to Jonker Street, Dutch Square, etc. The staff are really good and they run a free shuttle to Melaka Sentral. They... More
