This is the second time we stayed at Jonker Boutique Hotel for 1 night on 2 Jan 2015. Although there are few boutique hotels nearby, but we still chose this hotel. Beside their great location and friendly staff, we like their clean, stylish and spacious rooms.

Second stay in this hotel in 2 years. Again, we had a family room which had 2 queen-sized beds to accommodate 4 of us but this time we requested for a room at the back, not facing the street because the last time we were smack in front of the stage where the night show was in full swing. First,...

This hotel is ideally located in Jonker street. You can easily walk to shops, cafes, massage and local sights such as museums and temples. Our room had great window view out on to Jonker street and was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed including wifi and a big tv. The cafe adjoined has a small breakfast selection...

The hotel is located at good location, it is beside the performance stage of Jonker Walk. The hotel building is old. The room is clean. The carpet on the stair step is smelly. Bed is average comfy. There is a parking lot behind the hotel with free parking for hotel guests. Free stable Wifi provided in room and lobby.

First, a few things about Melaka in general. 1. Cabs don't use meters, they just quote you a price and you are either happy to pay it or walking is always an option. 2. Beware of traffic jams during peak hours. A lot of Melaka's roads are a hodge lodge of one ways, narrow laneways. This slows up traffic pretty...

We had a pleasant 2 night stay at this hotel. Good location to most places. Friendly and helpful staffs. There are many other places to eat so we did not dine at the hotel. There is free carpark too. We were there on Saturday and Sunday night. It seems it would be noisier on Saturday night.

I booked a doble bed room on the 1st floor in mid Dec 2014. This is an old building but the room is generally clean, plenty of sun light which is good. However, it's better to have your own towel, though they are clean enough. There is a public perferomance during Friday, Saturday night from around 9:00 pm to 11:00...

We were given a free upgrade for one of the rooms I booked. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Only that the water pressure is not strong, otherwise it was a really pleasant stay. Staff were helpful when we needed directions and willingly okayed my request for a late check-out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jonkers boutique hotel. It is located at the beginning of Jonker Street making it handy to all the attractions that the street has to offer. The hotel itself was clean and tidy with generous sized rooms. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Note there is no elevator access within the hotel. Would recommend as...

The Jonker Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of Melaka's wonderful Chinatown, close to important religious landmarks, beautifully restored Peranakan homes and shop houses. Numerous museums, the classic Dutch colonial buildings and Portuguese fortress are just across the river a few blocks away. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful in explaining how to get...
