We have just arrived home from a two week stay. Rooms are big, with a mini bar restocked daily, tea and coffee making facilities, fans and an AC unit. They also provide a mosquito plug in inside your room. Room was clean, no issues at all.
All of the staff were fabulous, and can’t do enough to help. Food is great, they will make you anything you want, and the cheese omelettes in the morning are amazing!!
This hotel is down a side street, but it is well lit, we had no issues feeling unsafe walking down here at all.
We didn’t use the pool, as we preferred to go down to the beach, but it is clean. Yes you have to be up handy to get a bed, but that’s the same as every hotel!! We are already planning our return trip :)

Extremely friendly small hotel where you can get to know everyone if you wish. Guests are 90% European. Food was amazing. You have a choice breakfast buffet and can order eggs cooked in a variety of ways. Lunch was buffet again or can order off snack menu which was very good. Dinner was buffet or order off main menu or Thai restaurant. This was excellent.
Rooms were slight dated, basic but very clean with nice balcony. You have a bedroom and sitting room with fridge. Take a small strong padlock for the safe.
The staff were fantastic. As soon as you sit down, a waiter is there ready to take your food/drink order. The restaurant is partly under cover but you can sit outside. Shortage of sunbed space but most people head towards the beach and numerous shacks. WARNING. We changed our money at a supermarket on the main road offering best prices. We were ripped off as they count it very fast. Other guests said the same for various places around the hotel. Use Jack the jeweller just outside the hotel. He is extremely honest and pleasant. Both tailors, inside the hotel and opposite Jack were very good and not expensive.

We traveled to this hotel with one of the big two holiday companies. The room on arrival was supposed to be a superior room but in reality it was a shock. We returned to reception to complain and change rooms and found everyone else there who traveled with us complaining too. We were told there were no alternative rooms. Hotel bedroom and living space looked just as if it was out of a 1940s film set, dark and tired looking. Uncomfortable bed, noisy aircon not at all like pictures on website. Bathroom was a real disgrace. Very limited wardrobe space and storage. When we went to complain to reception there was no manager as he was off sick and it took 12 days before a duty manager did show up and managed to sort out a few of our complaints. The safety deposit boxes are actually lockers in a room behind reception but you have to provide your own lock. We walked for an hour before we found a hardware store but they only had very cheap made in china locks. Mosquito and flies in room where a problem and as bathroom window didn’t close properly we spent a fortune on sprays and creams etc. Two other guests had a lot of angry bites. We had been talking vitamin B6 before we went so although we were bitten the bites were not as bad. The road down to hotel is a dusty track giving way eventually to a paved area, all dimly lit at night. Part of the dusty track is a rough stony area that cracked a wheel on one of our cases on way back to coach. We booked all inclusive and menu for buffet and a la carte very limited especially breakfast. Drinks consist of Kingfisher beer or a few local spirits and mixers. Red wine is sweet or white medium wine is about passable. Sun beds around pool number 16, half of which are in the shade. According to hotels website there are 70 rooms so as you may imagine you’ve got to be up early to get one or wait until they become free. The only saving grace here was the waiters who were very attentive and did an excellent job under the circumstances.

Max the tailor at the Santiago last year now has his own shop opposite Jack the Jeweller outside next to Casa Nemo. Such a lovely guy his work is amazing nothing too much trouble, on either ladies wear or men’s. My son had shirts last year with matching ones for his small son, nothing like you would get at home. Looking forward to paying him a visit and ordering more from him in Jan.

I have not been able to find email. It is also known as OYO 10169, there is an OYO website, I have not trawled through all of it so I don't know if it will be any help. Sorry I can't be more helpful
