Ok, I hardly write a bad reviews, but this hotel is in the bottom. I look at their sanitary rating it states 92, ok. First night I went to the public restroom, it was nasty no toilet paper, I was doing number 1, gladly I had a mask. Usually most of the hotel the public bathrooms are clean. This one makes the gas station bathroom immaculate. The next day I went to the same public restroom just to do number 1, it was the same nasty no change, no tp, trash all over and look like another one had a bad spray all over. That night I told the receptionist she said she will take care of it. Next complaint, I went to the reception desk no one, this morning again no one, wow does anyone works in this place????

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel both mornings showers was cold called manager no return call. Also there verso a hot breakfast was Cracker Barrel is across the parking lot we are out at 745! Ask for 3 bottles of water was charalmost 5 bucks.

I was in Gadsden for 7 weeks of training for my employer. My first day there, I was greeted by Landers and I will always remember him making me feel welcome upon my arrival. The next morning I was waiting with my group in the lobby, that’s when I met Ally and let me tell you she hands down will go out of her way to make sure you have what you need... whether it’s and ear to talk to... or give you advice on what to do... her knowledge of the town was great I never had a dull moment and if I needed anything she made sure I had it... the general manager Laura was another employee here that made sure you had what you needed... all the employees at this location were great but hands down the 3 I mentioned are great assets for this property.. thanks to the staff for everything... I will be back for a trip soon!

My husband and I stayed here one night. Upon arrival the front desk clerk made us feel welcome and offered suggestions regarding the area to do and eat. Our room was ready upon arrival and we got settled in. The room was adequate for all our needs and very clean. The water wasn’t quite as hot as I am accustomed but my husband said he was fine. The hotel was practicing social distancing and everyone was wearing a mask. If that is a concern for you. The breakfast was served from the front desk clerk as they are being cautious with covid. It had yogurt, juice, a Hot breakfast sandwich And an orange. All in all our quick overnight stay was very pleasant and when in the area I would stay again and recommend to others. We used our Marriott points and it was well worth the points used.

You should take a shower or bath bc if u wait until the morning you will not have any hot water. The staff is very nice. One told me they had to reduce the breakfast meal so that employees can work. The breakfast is in a bag. The room was outdated but the bed was comfortable.
