Enjoyed the room and the friendly environment. The Motel is in the middle of everything.. From the best restaurants to wonderful outting. My husband and i really enjoyed everything and we are looking forward to returning.

I was called the day of my stay 4 hours from my arrival time,4 hrs from home(halfway thru my trip) and was told I needed to use a debit card to pay s deposit on my room(months after booking) I gave her my debit card info(Dee) and was charged $134,it's aggravated me but I let it go Bc it's a popular destination this time of year,anyway that was 6-12 and they haven't refunded the money,I paid cash for our stay there I have called repeatedly and get an operator(not human)

If you can't get a supervisor ("escalate this call") at Choice customer service, contact the local Better Business Bureau. They will get action.
