I visited Darjeeling on 14 Feb with my family and booked this resort basis its rating on various websites. But it seems either they are fake or resort has not spend even a single penny on its maintenance. To describe the room it was average size room with almost nothing in working condition. Intercom was not working, centralized water geyser was not working, toilet seat was leaking, flush not working properly, no mirror. I had to take bath with icy water where outside temperature was less than 10degrees. Also there was not enough storage space. I believe all the above mentioned things are very important while staying. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this resort. Spa was not in working condition.
Ideally located within 5 mins walking distance to the Mall road | Chaurasta & all prime tourist hangout. The hotel team was very welcoming & helpful.. specially Shadab who ensured our travel & sightseeing was planned & sorted. Clean & neat restaurant with an ever smiling Ms Pasan serving us every morning. Our stay of 4 days was very well taken care of by the hotel... will have fond memories of the stay
We had a pleasant stay at Little Tibet. The food from the in-house restaurant was good. Room cleaning was prompt during the pandemic & proper sanitization was taken care of. The room heater was charged extra. The hotel was located at a prime location nearby to Darjeeling mall. Hotel staff Dewan & Kaveri were prompt and helpful everytime.
It's a very awesome experience in the Hotel little tibet . Staff behaviour is very polite and Quantity of service is very good. Food Quality is also good. Thanks to Mr Dewan Miss Kaveri Mr Prem limbu Mr Tilak Roy.
