Stayed in the Ratnawali Hotel for two nights while visiting Jaipur (the amazing Pink City!!). Mrs Richa, the receptionist took great care of us during our stay. I come from London and my two friends from Mumbai. Mrs Richa, recommended local restaurants, activities and helped us plan our tour of the city. She order cabs (Uber) where required and I...

Hotel location was okay except that like any other hotel in the city, to reach hotel you need to fight the traffic which is typical of all Indian cities nowadays. Family room was spacious and quite clean. Food is average, nothing to say good or bad about it. Hotel staff was okay except that they don't accept Indian Govt ID...

First night was terrible. There was a wedding next door which was incredibly loud. Sleep was impossible until the music stopped at 12:30 am. We moved the next day to the front of the hotel, into a quiet -- and incidentally -- much nicer room. So be careful what room you accept if you stay here...

Ratnawali deserves all appreciation. Good rooms, good food, excellent location in the heart of the city and much more personal care we got there. We selected this hotel being a Vegetarian food but on our demand we were served a delicious Jain food. We also enjoyed Pizza with Beer in their recently opened Cafe Bar. If anyone looking for a...

Our two nights stay at hotels ratnawali was really superb. We opted a Family room which was of a good size, beautifully designed in heritage style, with all facilities/amenities. The personalised services of the hotel staff highly impressed us. Breakfast which was complimentary was with good variety and very good. Overall it was a very good experience and highly recommended.

We stayed four nights for our Jaipur trip. We booked a car from the hotel to reach from railway station. Well the driver was not there, we had to make several calls to the hotel. The manager behaved very rude over the call. First room they showed us, we would have died in suffocation. 2nd room we took because we...

On first impressions the hotel and room looked nice, but on further inspection it was not great. If you want an easy, relaxing place to get a good nights sleep do not stay here. On arrival the bathroom was dirty with hairs on the wall, in the sink and shower (I had to wash at least 12 hairs out the...
