We Booked 25 Room's for 2 days and wedding function in Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya Jaipur by Manager Shan Siddiqui who's very Prompt, Professional and energetic, all the time he and his team Rohitash, Kritika Gupta and Sunil Taken care us and provide us one of the best hospitality.
Room cleanliness was poor. Bad odour was there in complete trip. Apart from it, everything was good. Food was good. Room service was fine. Staff behaviour was great. Hotel location is great. Room conditions and cleanliness should be improved.
It's a good place to stay in Jaipur specially if coming for business purposes. I tried it and it was just perfect in the price I got the room for. Best thing was its rooftop bar & Restaurant The Night Jar, with live music and overall ambiance.
When I use to stay there it was good, started travel again after Covid, and this time the experience was totally different, I need to think twice before chosing the property again. didn't expected the way they treated this time............
Will boil it down to pros and cons - Pros - 1. Very strategically located property. Raj Mandir is few hundred metres away. You could walk to the City Palace Complex, Hawa Mahal, Albert Hall Museum in less than 15 mins. 2. Helpful staff. 3. Well furnished rooms. 4. 24/7 room service (including food) Cons - 1. Room though well furnished, are slightly less well maintained. 2. The Kettle and glasses smelled of milk. Jet Spray broke on first usage. Though these were fixed by maintenance staff. 3. Restaurant is pricey. 4. The room doesn't have a window for any nautural source of light. There is centralized air conditioning, but it still feels suffocating.
