The good reviews you see here are either fake or made up. Reading all the nice reviews and the seeing the good rating, I booked the Khandela Haveli over Lemon Tree hotel for my parents and truly regret it. The property is decent, but very poor service. We got the suite room - the good part was that when we reached the hotel at 10.30pm we got a ready clean room, but was disappointed to see the extra bed kept on the floor as a mattress. I guess the most disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast buffet included as part of the room price. The spread is not limited, in fact there is no spread. Just 5 items - out of which 2 items are fixed - boiled eggs and cheese sandwich. The other 3 are on rotating basis and poor taste. Pav bhaji, idli, pasta, poori, uthapam - all these either lacked salt, were burnt up, and simply tasteless. For those whom breakfast is an important meal of the day, waking up to this food was truly a disappointment. Even service at restaurants was poor. No water served unless asked twice. May be its a staff shortage issue, but if you are open to guest bookings, you need to take care of basic etiquettes as to serving water at tables. I see an 8.8 star sticker outside the restaurant, but again highly doubt the credibility of this rating cos even basic aaloo paratha was tasteless. I booked this property to give my parents the "Haveli" experience in Jaipur but big flop show. Definitely not coming here again and not going to recommend it

I visited Jaipur for the first time , and stayed here for 2 nights. It was such a pleasant surprise to walk in and see the Haveli,- enchanting with the courtyard, the decor, the coloured glass used, the seating near the window sill in the rooms, the work on the walls and pillars...I can go on and on.. The food was good too, another big plus point. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in a haveli. Go for it !

First thing that strikes you as you enter is that it doesn't have any lift.If you have a problem climbing stairs then this place may not be an ideal option for you(having said that ,sight seeing in Jaipur would also be a problem as there is a lot of walking and climbing stairs in the forts and palaces) The staff were friendly and helpful and would immediately ensure that our needs and concers are taken care of The corridors are having provisions to sit (having sofas and chairs) and you could also have your meals there than in your room or restaurant, there are also tables near the pool on the rooftop and food can also be had there for an outdoor experience There were some minor irritants in the room like the kettle machine(which would not work only at our room but works downstairs to the staff) or the knobs of the door which are loose. The placement of electrical points in the room doesn't make sense at all and the hotel management has to re-do the whole thing for a good experience of the tourists The swimming pool is small and nice ,but care has to be taken by the management to keep it away from pigeons and other birds The items in the complimentary breakfast were good and sufficient but the mangement was clearly struggling on the first day to cater to the demands of the guests Overall i would say it is a good place to stay but there are some changes which the management must be doing like scaling up their staff to meet the demands of their guests during buffet breakfast, changing the layout and positioning of the electrical points in the rooms and ensuring that the pool is neat and clean away from all the birds

Very nice place. Pocket friendly. Location is in main residential area. Call them and they will offer a better deal than online travel sites. Breakfast is also good. If I visit jaipur again I will certainly consider this place. Rooms are spacious and staff is also polite.

We stumbled upon this gem and decided to stay here for our Jaipur trip. It was undoubtedly a great decision! The place, being a haveli, give you the perfect opportunity for an authentic Rajasthani stay. The cleanliness is a plus, the property is very well kept. The staff is extremely helpful. The food and location is great too. It was an extremely comfortable stay, nestled in the heart of Jaipur offering an unforgettable stay. Can’t wait to revisit!
