I had a chance of having lunch at the restaurant of hotel Samode Bagh while I was on my official trip. Being a Samode property, it inherits the same kind of charisma and heritage feel. The food and the service of the staffs were of excellent standards. Starting from the starters to the desserts, there is absolutely nothing which I...

Had a enjoyable experience and would love to come back again. However there are some opportunites for improvements 1,The check-in was lukewarm. No greetings or folded hands.Nor any information was given inside the room...

We stayed in the little bungalows. there was a mix up for some of our party over double booking of rooms. It took a lot of negotiating for them to acknowledge their error. We could not use the beautiful gardens as they were being used for a bollywood style party so our outdoor meal was cancelled. They did rectify this...

Beautiful location with fabulous pool and gardens with fountains and wildlife galore. Should have been a real treat but fell short due to really inattentive staff and slow service. We were there for 2 nights in early April, which is the beginning of the low season, so not many visitors which on the one hand meant we had the pool...

Accommodation was great. Number of guests was a little light so lacking atmosphere. Staff fantastic. Food wonderful. Take a walk to Samode Palace (wear a hat), it's about 30 mins and well worth it. At the entrance gate they have a list of those staying at Samode Bagh so you'll be welcomed with open arms. You will be offered a...

One of the most beautiful places we've stayed. The Raj/colonial building by the pool is a wonderful place to sit and relax the mind. The garden is just stunning and we could never bore of walking around it. Staff are wonderful and we couldn't recommend this place highly enough if you are planning to visit Rajasthan. It's a place we'll...

on arrival we were showered with flower petals, we then walked through a wonderful garden to be greeted at reception . We were then shown to our "tented" accommodation (bungalows with tented features) our "tent" had a massive bed , and a marble bathroom , wonderful !! prior to a lovely evening meal we were entertained by a local dance...

This is a former royal retreat where a unique experience awaited us. This is a heritage hotel, an oasis of calm 1-1.5 hours drive from Jaipur. We were greeted by a cascade of marigold petals raining down on us & walked through the magnificently tended gardens with pools, fountains & peacocks. The 'tented' accommodation/bungalows feature carpets, air-conditioning, a grand marble...

A beautiful garden of Eden in the middle of the countryside. Sleeping in a tented pavilion overlooking the most beautiful gardens, with peacocks strutting around the bushes. Lovely swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Was sad to leave and would love to go back. An absolute jewel.
