You know if you have a time gap of 10-12 hours between your flights and want to freshen up l, you can check this one out but only if it offers decent pricing else it's completely not worth it. just within a KM of airport T2, you will find many kuch better hotels with better value for money. Rooms are extremely small and damn congested. Service is as bad as it can be. After giving around 6-7 calls in a day requesting for housekeeping, nobody still didn't come in. Staff is polite but lazy af. Since I was there on work at Mumbai Airport for three nights four days i thought to try them this time. But, i would strongly not recommend them for this long stay.

When I booked the room the directions to the hotel appeared on the website and very clearly stated that the hotel is accessible after passing through security and adjacent to the food court. I followed the instructions and turned up at the hotel check in desk to find no staff present and the lights switched off. I then asked about the hotel at the airport information desk. The lady rang the hotel then informed me that the hotel is only accessible prior to checking in. The website is clearly misleading and I have a screenshot to prove it. I expect the hotel to provide a full refund. I would advise future passengers to ensure they do not fall into the same trap. Very poor indeed for an hotel that is meant to cater for passengers in a major international airport.

Hotel location is the plus point for transit passagers. Good place to hang on for few hours before bording. Nityanand was quiet supportive who assisted us to the hotel... he guided us to the hotel through security check....Hotel lobby was grand and front office staff was attended us very well.

Excellent hotel with great service. Staff is friendly and helpful especially Ghanshyam & Nityanand. Breakfast was delicious. Cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this stay if need a hotel near the Mumbai airport.
