Conveniently located in the heart of the city. Plenty of things to do around the hotel . You can choose walking of Uber your way in Mumbai both are pleasant. The breakfast at the hotel are very good with lots of choices. The restaurant is spacious and have lots of glass bringing in plenty of light. In summary, most enjoyable.

It's a beautiful property in the middle of Mumbai's busy Lower Parel Area. Plush rooms, with nice city views. The Are Bar on the roof is easily one of the most scenic spots in the city with a superb vibe. The lobby level coffee shop serves a fantastic breakfast and the lobby is a great place with coffee and snack service to have meetings

We were in Mumbai for 10 days and tried two five star hotels, one being trident and one four seasons. I must say the difference is massive. Our experience from check in to check out was not acceptable for such a high end hotel. At the check in counter the lady wanted to put an additional 20,000 rupees hold on the card plus the 4 night charge, and asked why she said incidentals. From that point we felt something was a miss. Maybe a trust issue, not sure. The room was not ready but we were early at 12 noon and so the manager on duty offered us coffee which we thought was a good gesture. Then during the stay we ordered ice cream through room service. You won't believe this...this guy bring a 2 inch size scoop and on top of that asks upfront "our machine is not working but its okay you can pay by cash" ...at what 5 star hotel do you get charged for room service upfront at your room?? Fortunately after our conversation they did not charge us for the ice cream. Now for the best part..our flight got changed to early morning 5am so we requested for a late check out at mid night, and paid half the day rate for it..come 1130am we get a call but weren't able to answer on time as we were sleeping. 2 minutes later a guy shows up rings the bell 5 times and right away WALK IN TO THE ROOM ... I lost it and immediately decided to leave the premises, though the manager Sumakh tried helplessly to make things right but it was too late...He was the manager on duty and such instructions can only come from the manager. There were many other wrongs and some rights when put next to trident. But there is no comparison that trident is far superior. Staff. Breakfast. Room service. Fast web check in. Lounge. Sauna was open at trident. Pool deck was open at trident (not pool). Security check. etc etc. Only plus point would be location and room size. That's it.

However, I have also noted your other concerns and would like to reassure you of our commitment to our guests. As per procedure, we ask all our guests if they would like to pay a certain advance amount towards incidentals that they may incur during their stay. If they decline, then they are required to pay every time, at the point of sale. As this may be inconvenient, it is for this reason that we ask our guests for an advance towards incidentals. I do regret if this was not communicated to you appropriately at the time check-in and will reiterate this with the team. I have also noted your feedback regarding the late check out charges and would like to share that as a special case we only charged you a half day charge, as compared to the full day charge which was actually applicable given the lateness of your flight. However I do apologise for the inconvenience caused on account of the check-out experience. I hope that you will give us an opportunity to welcome you back again for a true Four Seasons experience. My family and I had a real pleasure of staying at Hotel Four Seasons Mumbai. Right from receiving us from the airport and all the way till dropping us back ( including extremely courteous and friendly staff), the hospitality and service was simply outstanding. We were made to feel at home and all our requests ( rather demand) were addressed immediately- don’t think my family and I could have asked for anything better than this for celebrating our new year!! I always say that and I have witnessed that by staying at four seasons hotel Mumbai - it’s the people who makes the difference. During the time of pandemic where people are struggling with mental resilience and any sorts of challenge, my family experienced a very friendly and caring group of people around us at the hotel and that is what make this unique unforgivable for us, if you really want to experience a relaxing retreat or breaks for you and your family or friends or for business, four seasons hotel Mumbai is the (only) option for you to consider. What makes this hotel special is the staff- the hospitality and the goal to make the guest feel special is what stands out most for me. We ate breakfast daily at SanQi- The amazing Chef Abishek and his team went above and beyond to satisfy our EVERY SINGLE craving for nostalgic Indian food (we live in the US now). Since we were at the hotel for over a week he offered to treat us to items that were not on the regular breakfast menu so we could experience a variety of items, and this was not needed because the breakfast buffet and menu are extensive but it was such a special touch. The smells and tastes of our childhood delicacies cooked by chef and his team with linger on forever. My teenage boys surprised us because they couldn't stop eating! They ate indian foods that they had wanted to try before and really expanded their taste for my cuisine. My parents joined us for breakfast a few mornings and they were treated so well and they said that lazy morning breakfasts at SanQi with us were the most memorable part of our trip. We were all treated like royalty at SanQi. My family of 4 were also treated with to warm welcome and a special goodbye (with a cake presented by the SanQi team). Rooms are comfortable and clean and of a good size. There are a few names that need to be mentioned: At SanQi-Harshal, Shital, Narayan, Kishan and Priya made our mornings delightful with their exemplary service always delivered with a smile. At the Conceirge desk, Nishik went above and beyond to research a rather unique request I had and found me a solution promptly. GM Sunil Narang personally made sure on more than one occasion that we were enjoying our stay. The Aer bar was a fun place to meet friends literally up in the air, enjoying an exquisite view of the city. Having stayed in several of the luxury hotels of the world, I can truly say that FS Mumbai stands out- the location was very central, rooms were comfortable but most importantly the staff captured our hearts with their OUTSTANDING service. This will definitely be our go-to place to stay in Mumbai.
