This hotel was superb. Its rooms aren't huge but then you don't get much for your money in this part of Mumbai. The location is the real winner and it was quiet at night (amazingly). The breakfast was excellent and the experience a very good one overall. We would return here.

The hotel is located in a side street of Colaba Causways and is fairly quiet. Rooms and bathrooms are appealing, you can linger well into what is important because in hectic Bombay rests one likes a try. The breakfast buffet was ok ebenfals. Compared to the rest of India, the rooms are extremely expensive, but that's all over the city...

We have returned to Suba Palace after one year. Staff generally very helpful, polite and what I liked most smiling as the beautiful weather outside. Breakfast nice. We slept well. Rooms clean & bright we had both times a room to the side and wonderful look over the trees and to the city. Good location near most touristic attractions next...

We recently took 5 rooms in this hotel and stayed there for 14 days. Nice basic hotel with confortable rooms and quite friendly staff. Excellent location. Breakfast basic with the necessities available. Nice ambience and recently renovated rooms with a spacious bathroom. Wierd hot water system where at odd times you have to inform the reception for it.

Typical business or tourist hotel in a city. Rooms are average, a bit tired in places but the beds are comfortable. This hotel wins on location 2 minutes to Gateway of India and Colaba Causeway. The famous Leopolds restaurant is 5 minutes away and Indigo literally round the corner. We were disappointed with breakfast but there are plenty of other...

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days in Oct, 2013. The rooms are basic with clean and comfortable bed. They provide 24hrs hot water, tea/coffee maker. Breakfast was so so. But the location is fantastic, Gateway of India is about 3 min walk. Some good restaurants like Delhi Durbar, Ling's Pavilion, Ali Baba are within few steps. Parking is also...

The staff here were not very friendly or helpful, but the clean room, excellent breakfast and great location makes it a good choice in Mumbai. You do have to deal with the touts that surround the hotel, but that comes with a good tourist location. As did some very good eateries!

The hotel was in a great location in Colaba, within a few hundred metres of the Gateway to India and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Our room and bathroom was very spacious and quite luxurious. We enjoyed breakfast with Indian options, omelette, cereal and toast to choose from.

The Colaba area is ideal for tourists, where you can find typical indian stuff & great restaurants from Indian to McDonalds. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, the rooms cleaned everyday, with friendly staff always willing to help. The night life in the area was also very good, with late night shopping and restaurants also opened till late. Overall...
