Had lunch along with my friend as the citrus cafe. The food was amazing. Vinay really helped us a lot with the meal selection. Hritik saw us looking for dessert and intuitively dressed our table for the dessert.
Well for a five star hotel the honest note is that the hotel its not upto the mark. The location is no doubt great, sea facing, direct beach excess and all but the rooms, the property itself needs a touch up. The check-in took like forever. The food is great and generally tasty, the room service is prompt which kind of takes care of some of the expected bells and whistles. Parking is ample - which is a great thing in Juhu area.

Hotel staff are totally non cooperative. It took us more than 45 mins to check in. They have weird policies and try to rip any koney you have to enjoy your stay at Bombay. Best suggestion is never to stay at this Hotel. They are trying to recover all the money they lost due to covid from you.
Hello, I called up your spa yesterday and spoke to a gentleman in regards to the spa booking for today. After booking the spa slot fr 4pm for a couple treatment and upon enquiring on the pricing i told the spa receptionist about the discount that is mentioned on the website of yours 20% discount on Mondays between 8am until 9pm. The same was declined by the agent and he did not understand after telling him tat it is mentioned on the website. I feel this is not ethical. Today is my anniversary and i am surprising my partner but i feel its nt a good start.Attaching the screenshot for reference, hope the same will be honored what you guys have put up on the website.
