I had stayed here many times last week I was there on Tuesday for one night it is a excellent hotel and in a good location the night duty manager SANTOSH sir is best for any question our any query the bad thing is that it’s over priced it’s a good hotel home away from home 🏠
Nothing works. Shower is on top of toilet. Room is a shoebox. Aircon and TV don't work. We had to change rooms twice do to poor maintenance. It can not be recommended to civilised people. I am trying to be nice about this place but never again.
I had booked this hotel online during my recent visit to Mumbai. I booked this hotel for its location only. I had health check-up scheduled at Bombay Hospital and this was one of the nearest option available in budget. I reached the hotel at 10 am in the morning and was handed over the key card immediately. The check-in was quick. The room allocated was on 2nd floor. The room was small with twin beds. The interior was average. The room was equipped with tv, mini fridge and split air-conditioning. The tea maker was not provided. The bed was small but comfortable. The linen was torn and worn out and was replaced on request. The bathroom size was very small but it's expected when we book a budget hotel at place like marine lines . The hotel needs pest control as there were insects in the room and bathroom. On request the housekeeping sprayed insecticide. I did not try room service or food so can not comment on that. The staff was very cooperative and did everything which was requested. I checkout next day morning. The checkout was quick and smooth. My stay was comfortable as the location suited me very well. There are many restaurants very near to this hotel offering all kind of veg and non veg food. If you need accommodation at walking distance from Bombay Hospital and your requirement is very basic , you may stay here. It took one hour and ten minutes to reach T2 international airport from here by cab.…
Hotel is very clean, nice room service, they allow early check-in and even late checkout Restaurant is good too but breakfast menu has to be upgraded Overall a great place to stay at a very reasonable price
We arrived at this small but inviting hotel by taxi. Cost 500rps from Central Mumbai. The Reception staff were very friendly, courteous and informative.24 hr Front Desk service The room was a reasonable size with a TV and free Wi Fi. The accommodation was simple, basic but modern. The en suite bathroom was rather small. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room looked onto a private apartment kitchen. Room service was available. All the staff were polite, friendly and professional. Located in a busy bustling street with free street parking. The hotel position was great for exploring the area. Nearby was the Gateway to India, Mahalakshmi Temple, the Haji Ali Dargah Mosque is a must, but only when the tide is out!! The nearest beach Giragon beach was only 5 mins walk away. The Colaba Causeway. to name a few. Do visit the Kamala Nehru Park and the Hanging Gardens. Have a stroll along the Marine Parade, watch the sunset in the evening and look back towards Mumbai, the sight is fantastic. WE enjoyed the hotel, the sightseeing and the food in the Restaurant adjoining the Hotel namely the " Green Onion". Ideal Budget Hotel.…
I stayed in hotel Sapna Marine from 27 August till 29 August. The room that I stayed in was renovated to make it look spanking new. Plus points. Nicely done up room Comfortable beds Negative points. Walls were wet and smell of wet walls was prominent throughout the room. Wi-Fi free but not working. Bathroom very small even for a single person to fit in. Not much choice in breakfast for the price you pay. They don't even provide butter and jam complementary with the toast. Overall experience was average. Can do better for the price been taken from guests. The competition The Fortune hotel provides better breakfast in the same price. Good hotel but needs better management to manage the hotel.
We stayed here for a week and staff was courteous, service was very fine, and welcome drink was esteem , no found any mistake in the reference of great hospitality, that is why highly recommended this marine------
Cheap and cheerful, small but suitable, friendly managers and staff and the imam who does the call to prayer at the mosque opposite has a delightful voice. Good air con and fan, you can smoke in the room if you so wish, close to the metro train station and a nice walk to the Wankhede Stadium.
I have been staying at this Hotel since last 10 years & was always Happy during my stay but this Time I was disappointed. The Hotel badly requires Maintenenace of the property especially the Rooms. The colour has faded, there is dampness in the room. I had taken a Double Room with Single Occupancy, the Room was just sufficing for 1 person. Water was accumulating in the bathroom while having a shower. I had to go out early for a conference, enquired with Room Service for Tea & Toast Butter at 7 am, was told that Room Service will start at 7.30 am only.
Delicious breakfast, comfortable room, good location, great staff, great service, nice food, world class service. And most importantly all staff appeared truly engaged in delivering excellent service , and assuring your visit was wonderful.
