We arrived at the hotel at 12:15pm, the staff denied giving us the room and asked me to come at 3pm, i kept my luggage in the hotel and came back at 4pm the room was still not available, I was told Its being sanitized, finally we were given the room key and checkin, the min we opened the room door we found a big massage table with a big cigarette burn mark on it , and when i called the reception girl at the room, she had the audacity to smile shamelessly and tell me that it is an extrabed , when asked for the manager, she repeatedly denied and said no one is here, only i am, then we clearly asked them to refund, they declined too, finally the manager show up and after 2 hours of negotiation he agreed to charge us one night and refund 2 other nights provided that we checkout now, when we agreed, they took our bank details and said the refund is processed. and asked us to leave, before leaving we just asked them to send us an email for refund process which they never did, We called them everyday for next 3 days, the manager who spoke to us never show up, in the end my friend had to go to the property to find out about the refund, the hotel hired 2-3 tall bodybuilders to threaten my friend and scare us away when we spoke out the refund, most importantly the staff did not speak to us, the body builders did The Hotel staff are frauds who are mumbai locals to threaten tourists away. The F&B Manager Ehtesham Uddin pretended to be a Hotel Operations Manager which he is not, Everyone here are shady and fraudulant, we are still waiting for our refund and they still are not willing to payback…

Dear guest, you should be ashamed of yourself for posting such fabricated stories and lies after being unsuccessful in your blackmailing attempts with our hotel team. We agree that you had arrived at 12:15pm to check-in, and were politely informed that since we have been running packed, you can leave behind your luggage and come anytime post 3pm as per our standard check-in time. Your subsequent behaviour and creating a scene in our lobby while being in an inebriated condition, simply to get discounts/ room charges waived based on flimsy excuse despite being offered alternative room, was abhorrent. Our team kept their cool and maintained guest decorum throughout and this is clearly captured in the CCTV footage. Despite the booking being at discounted rates and non-refundable/ non-cancellable, our team agreed to refund you for two nights stay simply to avoid having guests like you. The delay in your refund was entirely due to the OTA, Agoda, incorrectly processing it, and your friend also who visited was politely explained the same and even shown the proof of the refund having been already communicated by our hotel. Your story about body builders accosting your friend is completely false and fabricated. We wish you had the basic decency to appreciate the flexibility shown by our team to refund a non-refundable booking. Its really unfortunate that instead you have chosen to malign the hotel even after having recovered from your inebriated state in which you had arrived and created completely unnecessary ruckus in your drunken condition.
