They use “geo targeting” to adjust pricing based on your device type and other criteria, so be sure to check if you have multiple devices - all the pricing is bound to be different across them all and you can save well over 10%/night just because of their own revenue management/marketing approach (I thought we stopped doing this in the earlier 2000’s when people caught on?).

I stayed at Sonder for two nights and generally had good experiences there. The guy at the reception is super funny, friendly and helpful, they have a great rooftop terrace and the place itself is also close to the more touristy-yoga-district (15min walk, 5min tuktuk). What I did not enjoy is that the bathroom did not have any windows and was therefore moldy and had a few cockroaches. Was not too bad, for the price it is ok. Generally a standard decent hostel, where you could stay one to two nights.

Was greeted promptly, given a friendly welcome and a tour around the place. The beds are comfortable and clean, laundry service's was efficient. The staff was super helpful- suggesting places to go and advising about the area. We had a tour in the morning (Tapan was so friendly!) around the garden and joined the breakfast cooking class where we helped cook breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

DONT STAY WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS. THey Told me to go have a hundred dollar dinner on them and that they’d reiemburse me. It has been over 2 weeks since my awful stay with them and no reimbursement yet!!! I have called them countless times and still no resolution. During my stay I sent numerous text and received none of the items requested. They didn’t even have face towels. Beware. Don’t stay with them they are CROOKS!!

Hello, We are a backpackers hostel in Mysore providing a comfortable stay for our guests with the bed charges at a very economical price, wherein a stay for 15 days will cost you a hundred dollars. We provide complimentary breakfast during the stay, we have a community kitchen to use for our guests staying if they want to cook for themselves. We would want to clarify to you that we have not assured anyone to have a hundred dollar dinner and we will reimburse it. Also, any requests for items will be fulfilled directly at the reception desk and we do not have any room service requests through texts. We have neither received any calls that we have ignored. If I go back to India at some time, I will definitely prefer that beautiful place again!!! Clean, amazing breakfast from local women, very gentle stuff and owners too! The location is great, because it is quite and very close to many places! Price is veryyyyy good and the hospitality is amazing!!! It has a beautiful garden at the back and a beautiful terrace at the top where anyone can go and do yoga, or just chill and see the sunset! It has also a bio garden! I totally recommend it and I really think of that place and all the beautiful people that I met there!
