You get this hotel 5 kms before you reach Mysore city. It is on the highway, Rooms are spacious and the view from room is green. Quite reasonable rate during non season. Pool location is very good and clean also. But the access to it is bit discomfort and confusing No sign boards. It is better if they can provide few sun beds and towels in this area. Since they have pure veg restaurant, complimentary breakfast spread is very limited. Need more items in the menu. Also there are no nearby restaurants at walkable distance but room service they provide egg and chicken which is good. We had been during dussera, so the service level was little slow. When the prices get increased during season, service level should not be compromised. we had some maintenance issues in the room but was fixed quickly. Overall good hotel.

This is a very old hotel. Not very well maintained. Cupboard doors, wooden flooring are damaged. Hair drying is not working. Linens are not very clean. The staff are courteous and helpful though. Complementary Breakfast options are very limited.

A very good budget and traveling hotel. An old property, but an OK place to spend a night or two for visiting mysuru or for any business purpose. The facilities are not managed well. The morning buffet is not fully packed and for many items they charge extra.
