I stayed with family for 1 night at Ruchi the prince. Well located, some 6 kms from city center. THis is bit older property than the next door Le Ruchi. Rooms are spacious and clean. We got a room with balcony viw into parking lot. Hence lot of air and sun light. Room service was quick. Highlight is food. Very reasonably priced compared to other resorts/hotels. Food is very tasty and well made. Breakfast has limited options but whatever is made was tasty. Can include more options. Kesari bath took the crown here. Service could have been quicker here as replenishment was delayed and staff had to be reminded multiple times. Staff is courteous. It has large open air garden resturant. Very nice for summer evening with breeze flowing in. Garden nicely maintained. For the evening tea, we had to go from one resturant to another. We were finally asked to visit the front resturant, where they said, they said, they cannot add the bill to hotel stay and we had to pay separately. Overall happy stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

Entrance and Room is good. This hotel has 4 different dinning spaces and we tasted Ruchi veg and found average taste in dinner (must try vegetable fried rice) but for Breakfast.. Buffet Breakfast served with limited options. Slow service, less attentive staff, we have to keep remind them about order, no replenishment of items, breads were so hard. The best items - Juice, Watermelon, Upma (khara bhat), Kesari Sheera (Meetha Bhat) & coffee.

We had a very pleasant experience staying @ this hotel. The rooms are well maintained, the hotel has a large garden area which turns into an outdoor seating restaurant. The food at the veg restaurant was also very good. 5 stars to the staff. They are extremely courteous and helped us with everything we asked for, especially since we were travelling with a 7 month old baby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks 😊

This hotel is located in a good zone and is a well maintained property. You see some good green garden, the open air restaurant is beautiful at night and the folks are very friendly and helpful. I liked everything about the place including the costs, reception, the room itself. stayed for two nights and the stay was very comfortable. I however wish that the hotel does take care of the following: a) Terrible WiFi - I wanted to work and i could not connect at all. Lost one full day on this. Thankfully on the second day, the hotel guys arranged for a dongle and i managed to get some job done on second day. This needs to be fixed if business stays are to be attractive b) The Balcony is unusable, A lot of pigeons hop in and out and spoiled the balcony area c) Breakfast is average. We should be able to pick up from a buffet. i am not a fan of order and serve in breakfast. Quantity and Quality was average.
