We stayed here enroute our Kinnaur trip for 1 night. Facility is s good spot but could have been maintained far better ad more neat & clean. Even though we booked for a super deluxe room, we were provided a ground floor room no. 202 which I really doubt was a super deluxe room or not. And we arrived pretty...

I have stayed @ this property thrice & it was worth every single penny . Fagu is a small hill station located 20 km away from the hustle & bustle of Shimla. it is a very thinly populated village & has therefore still managed to maintain its hilly charm . the best time to visit is during Monsoons when the...

We visited Fagu over the Christmas weekend with the hope of seeing some snow. On arriving at the hotel after a long drive from Delhi we were beyond disappointed to learn that there has been no snow at all this year, not even a speck of white visible even on the mountain peaks. But to our total delight, we woke...

Fagu is the best place to stay if you want to be away from crowd. You can hire a cab or a bus (roadways and local buses are easily available). Hotel is situated on the main road. Staff is helpful and rooms are huge. It is not centrally heated so heaters are available in the rooms. View is perfect from...

A bit away from the hustle and congestion of Shimla, this hotel at Kufri is an old world charm. Spacious rooms, magnificent view of the valley and surrounding hills - this HPTDC hotel is an ideal place to halt for trips to Manali or Kinnaur. Service is not upto the mark as with other govt properties, but small tips work...

We had stayed here for three nights in the first week of January and had taken the four bedded room. The room had all the basic amenities like TV, clean bathroom, hot water, clean beds etc. They also had room heaters for the cold months. The menu had a good variety of options in Indian and Chinese cuisine. The view...

I wanted to stay away from the hustle bustle of the famed hill station and decided on staying in Fagu, a mere 30 kms away from the British summer capital. And I ended up in the HPTDC property which takes you back in the colonial era with huge corridors and high ceilings. Sip over a cup of coffee on the...

The place is around 20kms away from Shimla and 5kms from Kufri, a small village named Fagu. The property is owned by HPTDC. By far one of the best HPTDC has to offer. The views are breathtaking. Cool, serene, surrounded by apple orchards, dense deodhar and pine trees, do not miss the sunrise and sunsets. Almost a 360 degree view...
