We booked 3 nights at the Qutub as part of a Golden Triangle tour from Southhall travel. All hotels were to be 3 star, those in Agra and Jaipur were both good, and showed what we expected of a 3 star hotel. The Qutub is dark, dingy and dirty. The rooms lacked natural light even if they had Windows, they...

Stayed at Qutub Residency. The room was spacious and well maintained and well furnished. The bath room was a bit small and needed renovation. The service was excellent and prompt. The staff was very helpful as also officials. The price for a 3 star budget hotel, was slightly on the higher side, but considering the locality where it is located,...

After being here, realisation sets in that once upon a time this would have been a good hotel, but as the years passed by, people running the show forgot that there is word called "maintenance". And since there is virtually no maintenance, everything is falling apart. The fixtures, fittings, furniture, restaurant, lobby, all had been classy at some point in...

A royally maintained place located in a prime location. A few kms away from Qutub Minar and metro station. The interiors are good but dwell in the past. The rooms lack ventilation so a bit smelly. The staff is good and welcoming. A sumptuous complimentary breakfast. Newspaper at your door is a good way to catch up with news! Lucky...

The hotel is quite run down, it smells in the corridors, plenty of noise from children running in the corridor, big rooms- but for what? There are no fans in the room, only A/cs. Breakfast (and also dinner), is quite bad. I had poori subzi, but the poori's were thick, and the subzi was non-descript. The surroundings are also very...

The hotel was pre-booked by me. I was given a discount because I was attending a conference which arranged the discount. Even with the discount I paid Eur38,- per night. Not excessive for a hotel in this area. But the room I got for this money was horrible. My friends got similar rooms, in the basement. So no windows. No...

This hotel, though located conveniently, is lost in the past. Oversized rooms with no facility for Tea/ coffee maker, antique hot water systems which need 3 buckets to waste till you get hot water. Staff is good. Breakfast quite ordinary. Prices not reasonable for food and drinks

This is my 2nd stay at Qutub residency, which is quite closeby to Malviya Nagar metro and around 2-3 kms from Qutub minar. Main advantage of this hotel is the location, which is really close to the business district. The rooms are okayish, not something like top class for the tariff they charge. There are no windows in the rooms,...

“Ask them to make sure you have wifi access in your room. I was initially provided a room below the reception level (reception is on 2nd floor), where wifi signal was very poor. Next day I was shifted to one level above, where wifi reception was excellent.”
