Bland and no soul, that's how I would describe the hotel. Our first night there we thought we had pulled up in Las Vegas there were so many lights around the hotel but the hotel was surrounded by a jewellery store and the lights belonged to them. When we entered the tiny green door we were woken from our dream... More

Will NEVER ever stay at this hotel again! The manager spoke utterly rudely and screamed his lungs out at us for no apparent reason. I wanted to slap him on his face for being so rude and disrespectful towards an Indian lady. The rest of the staff aren't great either. The rooms are lousy. Toilets are horrible. This hotel isn't... We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The breakfasts were sumptuous and we were waited on hand and foot. The foyer staff were ever obliging and the manager owner Mr Basera could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for everything.

The location is slightly difficult to locate since it is inside a crowded jewellery market area. If you need a cab, better walk out to the main road junction near Karol Bagh Police Station & call him there. It's just a couple of minutes away from the hotel. The hotel is situated along a long line of old buildings but... More

When we arrived early morning after a long flight we were amazed to see the hotel was having some major renovations and the entry had scaffolding and drop sheets. It was very off-putting. The hotel was organized by a tour we were doing so we were a bit shocked. However we were very tired and the room was ok with... More

It is nicely tucked in a by-lane of Karolbagh. Hotel does not have any parking. In fact you have to get down or get in faster from the car or else you will cause traffic jam on this lane. A small reception area which is the norm for Karolbagh. But anything after that surprises you. Very clean rooms. Spacious suites.... More

Hotel Jewel Palace is located in central Karol Bagh. The shopping area is all around. The rooms are sparkling clean, linens are spotless, bathrooms are well maintained & hygienic. Staff and food are awesome. Complimentary breakfast is quite wholesome. They even throw a meal credit sometimes for regular customers.
