As part of our Golden Triangle Tour we were booked in the Hotel Jennifer Inn. The rooms were ice cold with no heaters. The walls were dirty. The wifi did not work. When we complained they always said give us ten minutes but nothing got fixed. After complaining to our tour company they washed the walls. The wifi was so...

Dear Sir, We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Please note that the Wifi service provider was Airtel and there was technical error from the provider side and not the hotel and we couldn't do much in it. Regarding the heaters, they were provided immediately after your request and it is surprising that it is not acknowledged here. Still...

For the price paid it was ok. Personnel is nice and helpful. Room is large and full of ammenities. TV channels do not work and breakfast takes very long to be served (they even forgot my juice but I left because they already took too long).

Hotel Jeniffer Inn is very good in restaurant service.24 hrs food service is available.basic requirements for travellers like toothbrush,shampoo,moisturizer,sewing kit,comb are provided,so no need to worry about basic requirements.

The hotel was not that great. I would say it was a very average hotel. But the service was very good. Here are few points: - hotel has free wifi, but very very slow connection. I really appreciated the hotel location, which is a safe place, not too far from the metro station and commercial centres. The hotel staff members were good-mannered and well disciplined. Moreover, the hotel service was good in general. It is also recommended for family stay.

Hotel is worth the price you pay for it but do not expect great things. Certainly rooms are cosy enough and very clean i must mention among the poluuted surroundings of the hotel. Staff is very helpfull,even on reaching there at 1am we could get food from the room service. Location wise for shopping is good since located within walking...

Hotel is situated some 15mins walking distance from the Ajmal Khan Road. Basic amenities available. Wifi is chargeable. Hot water available in the morning and in the afternoon after calling the reception. AC and fan available. Had a good time with family and with no complaints.

Not very good for a "three stars hotel", it's just a simply pension. WiFi not available in rooms and it's for pay. Very poor breakfast and old room. The location wasn't also good for us, I wouldn't recommend it

Quite a decent hotel, in a great location on Carol Bagh.The rooms are not too clean, but very decent by India standards and for us it was just fine.The hotel owner was extremely helpful and took great care about their guests and all we needed including reservations of external services such as rented drivers, taxi, etc... we would gladly stay...
