I visited Delhi for work in December and stayed for 5nights at Wood Castle. The hotel is located in one of the alleys of Karol Bagh and is a bit difficult to find as it doesn't have a very prominent board and is not on the main road. The hotel is surrounded by residential houses and children playing around. Not...

My daughter and I stayed in Delhi for 3 days before pure departure on a G Adventures your across India and into Nepal. The Wood Castle Hotel is a family run business providing clean, comfortable, air conditioned rooms, good food and great customer service. We felt safe here and would recommend you stay here if you're ever in Delhi.

A great little hotel in a safe, convenient location within an easy walk to the Karol Bagh metro station. The bedrooms are spacious and very clean, and there is a charming seating area near reception that lends itself to easy conversation with staff and fellow guests. Highly recommended

Location - easily accessed by following google maps. It is in a by-lane of Karol Bagh. It is situated in a residential area, about five minutes by walk from the Karol Bagh Metro Station. The cycle rickshaws and battery operated rickshaws ply from the Karol Bagh Metro Station to the Wood Castle. Check in was fine. The reception area and...

The first time we stayed here we'd just arrived in India. The second time, just before we had to leave India, we realised what an absolute gem this place really is. Location is superb once you've actually managed to find it. Quiet, peaceful and safe. Not far to the metro, and plenty of places to eat nearby. Rooms are a...

The hosts are definitely the best thing about this hotel, that said it's still a good hotel in a convenient location, within walking distance of Karol Bagh metro station (use the metro). Set in what appears to be a residential street, but close to other hotels, our front facing room was a little noisey (barking dogs). I'd have no hesitation...

Stayed here as our first place arriving in Delhi for the first time- although it's situated in Karol Bagh- a very busy market area of Delhi, it's down a side street a little "away from every Positives - great staff and service - friendly and approachable - clean room and bathroom - hot shower (as long as you wait for...

Although situated in a fairly poor district, once you step through the door you are in a different world. The rooms are really tastefully decorated and the staff are very welcoming and great hosts. I have no reservations about recommending this place and hope to return one day.

We loved our stay, the staff were so friendly and happy to help out on all fronts (changing money, recommendations for places to eat, offering us tea and water when we got in) The rooms were basic but clean, and the shower was hot. Good to be near the tube stop too. A great place to stay as a first...

This is a real find near city center in a neighborhood. Not impressive from the outside, but once you enter, Khushal greets you with tea and cookies, you feel safe and protected. Those important things to travelers are all here. Best bed of journey, real hot hot shower, excellent food and you feel like family. Close to metro and markets,...
