After paying the money, they informed that superior room was not available for the last night and we have to shift to a standard room. While on the way from the airport at 11PM, they told that all rooms were full and they had arranged...

The standard room which is also a very decent room but certainly doesn’t have any Jacuzzi styled glass cubicles for shower & neither have we claimed...

Chain hotels can rarely exceed the service of a family-owned property, and Olive Greens is no exception to that rule. The owner's father provides an ever-attentive watch over the staff and is always inquiring about guests' satisfaction. The on-site breakfasts were delivered on time and were tasty. Because of our rushed schedule, they provided better-than-average dinners when we could not...

“If you are coming for the first time to Swiss Palms, I suggest you take an airport pick up from the hotel, though airport pre-paid is a lot cheaper (INR 400-500) and airport pick up from the hotel is @INR1000+parking but since Swiss Palms is not a landmark property so airport cabbies wont know the place and they will circle around deliberately to inflate the bill. So in the end you dont end up savign all that much. If you are coming on your own, make sure you are having the hotel's no or Ady's no at hand so that you can make your driver speak with the hotel and they will give him precise instructions.”
