We were on a business trip to Delhi and were looking for an inexpensive place to stay but at the same time didn’t want to put up in a hostel or a mucky guest house. A friend who had already stayed in Swiss Palms spoke of it very highly. I was a bit skeptical by reading some of the bad...

I stayed in Swiss Palms with my father and brothers last week. We were here for my father's treatment in Fortis hospital. Swiss Palms is a very short drive from fortis, only 3-4 mins. They gave me a free pick & drop to the hospital in an air conditioned car, which was very nice as delhi heat is grueling. The staff...

I have been staying here for my business trips for sometime now and always bookvia agoda. Its probably 7/8 time now. It is in a very conveinent location with bus & taxi stand barely 30mtrs away. Although, I wont recommend Indian buses esp to Westerners as they are overy crowded and most of them are non AC. Take an auto-rickshaw...

Swiss Palms is in a very nice clam and quite location & big bunglows around. We were welcomed warmly by the owner-Mr Ady and we were dropped to a very nice Chinese restaurant nearby, which was very good.He also sent a hotel cab to pick us up from the restaurant as it was our first night and we were not familiar...

I just returned from India from a 2 week holiday. Delhi was the starting and ending city of our journey. We stayed in Swiss Palms for 1 night at the start and 2 nights at the end. We were 3 girls and shared a room. Initially we had booked a Premier room (about INR3300) and was given an extran bed free...

We stayed here our first two nights in India. We wanted a comfy, quiet place to land in Delhi and had booked the 'superior room' here weeks ahead of time. After 24 hours of travel, our taxi pulled up here in the early evening and our room was not ready! They put us in an adjacent room so we could...

I have visited Delhi twice in the last 6 months. During our first visit I came alone and stayed only for 2 nights in the standard room. Though I did not meet Ady during my first visit but he spoke to me over the phone & welcomed me to Delhi. Although my first visit there was quiet & without anything...

This was advertised to us as a 4 star luxury hotel online, we researched hotel accommodation carefully as we needed to be in a safe relaxing environment. I originally only wanted to stay in 5 star hotels but I was persuaded by the way the hotel was advertised that it would be a good choice in terms of standards, location...

The pros: this place was in a pretty quiet neighborhood. The rooms were large and looked on the surface very nice but... The cons: we had issues underneath it all. The fridge was not plugged in when we got there so there was mold growing inside of the fridge. The shower leaked throughout the bathroom every time we showered so...

“If you are coming for the first time to Swiss Palms, I suggest you take an airport pick up from the hotel, though airport pre-paid is a lot cheaper (INR 400-500) and airport pick up from the hotel is @INR1000+parking but since Swiss Palms is not a landmark property so airport cabbies wont know the place and they will circle around deliberately to inflate the bill. So in the end you dont end up savign all that much. If you are coming on your own, make sure you are having the hotel's no or Ady's no at hand so that you can make your driver speak with the hotel and they will give him precise instructions.”
