I was seen this hotel rating 4.5 and hotel is 3 star. In compression with other 3* hotel room condition is very poor and bad smell was coming. This hotel is situated in odd place in new Delhi, you can't go through metro.

We booked this hotel based on recommendations from family who had stayed here a few times and been highly impressed with the services in the past. Unfortunately this was not the case for us - I had initially requested a basic room but since none were available we opted for a standard room. I shudder to think what the state...

The staff were warm and welcoming even at the late hour arrival. There's a classic Indian royalty (like in the movies) .There are no plastic bags in the rubbish bins inside the room ( which in Singapore we are used to), as they are banned in the city due to over pollution and uses more environmental means of disposal. It was a real good stay and a feeling of home away home during our stay at this place. I was accompanied with one of my client from Dhaka for medical treatment and it is really incredible the way Mr. Aditya extended his warmth and hospitality towards us and specially towards the patient. The support started from the time we...

My husband and I spent 11 nights at the Swiss Palms when we were in New Delhi for our son's wedding. (Our two sons and daughter-in-law also stayed for several nights.) This is a clean, small, comfortable budget hotel - more like a B and B really - with a high level of personal service and attention. (also good wi-fi)...

Had a very pleasant stay at Swiss Palms. Stayed at the Executive room (INR4000) for about 2 nights. The room was spacious & had a big balcony with it, though the view from there was nothing great but it was very relaxing to just sit there & sip my coffee. The staff is very friendly & sincere. Was even served...

Went to Delhi for medical treatment of my mom. Swiss Palms was very near to Fortis hospital. The rooms were very neat & tidy. Flat screen TV with free wi-fi with good speed was a bonus. The breakfast was decent and the service of the staff & manager was extraordinary. It is situated in a good area of Delhi so...

There are places that give importance to customer satisfaction & then there are places like The Swiss Palms which take customer satisfaction to a whole new level. Right from the time I landed in Delhi I was taken care of by Aditya & his team (namely Prince and Dinesh) as one of their own. I was on a business trip...

The rooms are spacious, very clean and have lovely interiors. Its located in a residential area so not much traffic and is quite peaceful. The staff are always ready to help and don't expect anything in return.

“If you are coming for the first time to Swiss Palms, I suggest you take an airport pick up from the hotel, though airport pre-paid is a lot cheaper (INR 400-500) and airport pick up from the hotel is @INR1000+parking but since Swiss Palms is not a landmark property so airport cabbies wont know the place and they will circle around deliberately to inflate the bill. So in the end you dont end up savign all that much. If you are coming on your own, make sure you are having the hotel's no or Ady's no at hand so that you can make your driver speak with the hotel and they will give him precise instructions.”
