I've been staying here since my first visit to India in 2001. The staff are excellent, and the rooms always clean, with immaculate white sheets on the beds, and a nice clean towel. The quality has definitely improved over the years, although the bathrooms could be better.

If you wanna spent far too much money for far too little service that's the place to stay. My first room turned out to be a shared one - I had a mouse. After insisting on another room I got one mouse-free, at least, but with cockroaches almost the size of a mouse. Staff is unfriendly, far away from service-oriented...

Rak hotel is a very good option for low budget travelers. It is clean, out of the noise of the main bazar. Good shower and fan in the room. U need to pay extra 200 rupees for air conditioning (750/ 950). Staff is very friendly, and there is a nice roof top where u can order food and drinks.

First the people are friendly, but that is all I experienced as positive at this place. As a longtime traveller in India I can ensure you this is the first time I made a revue because of a bad experience. I arrived in new delhi with fever and wanted to stay in a "not so bad" room. The price of...

Every time I arrive in Delhi off the plane I head for the RAK International, a place I've stayed many times over the last 10 years..I can rely on this hotel to provide a pain free easing into India and city life, & a fairly short walk to the railway station to book tickets for the journey onward! The rooms...

+ Close to the New Delhi railway station + Good view from the terrace - Only cold water - Leaky window - noise from the street - Wi-fi works only on the terrace Not so good value, but for one night is this hotel acceptable.

Attracted to the quiet location away from the ear-deafening noise level from the street and the pleasant reception but soon realized that it was the wrong choice. There's a towel with a big hole and toilet urgently required a bottle of bleach. Curtains and floors haven't been washed for many decades. Perhaps it's down to the incre dible heat -...

We stayed here twice during our travels in India. Hotel is located just off the Main Street in Pahar Ganj, but it is not as quiet as one might expect! Rooms are not so clean, but just ok for the budget traveller. The staff is quite friendly. Taxi to the airport is not as advertised, 400, but if you happen...

Every surface of my room had black soot, mould and/or grime on it. The walls had streaks of dried-on liquid down them. None of the electric sockets worked. Hot water was only available on request and even then I didn't get enough for a shower. Wi-Fi was, for all practical purposes, non-existent. Owner blamed phone company. Shower head fell off...

Hello I read ur review thoroughly and genuinely want to ask a question, and my question is have u really VISITED/Stayed at RAK? I am asking this question because the way u explained the horror film is not a actual explanation of even our most regular room as the things u've mentioned in ur review are irrelevant and moreover u...

This Hotel is just behind the Main Bazar and is just 10 minutes away from the New Delhi Railway. However the Main Bazar is very noisy and dirty. So you cant blame the Hotel for the dirt which evolves everyday in this smoggy city. The staff is nice and helpful. We even got choclate presents for Diwali. For a tight...
