It's a nice place to stay, quiet and not to far of Bocas Town. Gilberto is very welcome and friendly. I had a private simple room with private bathroom, everything was correct. I stay 16 nights there and I was happy by my choice. This is not luxury but it's nice as a place with garden and flowers. During the...

Unfortunately I only stayed one night. It was a nice room in a lovely garden setting. The owner Gilberto makes you feel welcome. The ac was a bit noisy but I opened the windows at night as there was a mosquito net above the bed. No breakfast unfortunately.

We planned to stay here during the Independence Day holiday. This is a very busy time to visit so almost everywhere was booked up. We received a confirmation email that our booking was good to go, but when we got there the guy working informed us that they had over booked us so we couldn't stay there. He was unwilling...

Gilbertito is a friendly helpful innkeeper. We were off season but I believe this is quiet and calm all year. Room was small, AC efficient - quiet, bed comfortable, clean. Great place to kick back for a day or stage excursions.

First the positive. What a great atmosphere, nice bar and common area, open and airy. I really liked the locations: out of the hustle of Bocas Town, but walking distance. Cross the street and you are on a great swiming beach, and a decent grocery store down the street. Staff/volunteers were friendly and helpful. A/C worked in the room and...

Firstly, 6 days is too long to spend in Bocas. The hostel is absolutely fine, the staff are the best part, rooms are quite average, beers are way too expensive ($2) as well as other drinks. There's a functional kitchen that needs a little repair, but incredibly useful in Bocas where restaurants are expensive (lots of supermarkets). We really enjoyed...

I stayed with my friend for 4 nights at Mar e Iguana(28/12/1015-01/01/2016). I liked location because it was little bit further from all the craziness but still few steps away from the beach. This weekend was spring break for college kids from Argentina and I enjoyed not to have to deal with party till the sun is up. The stuff...
