Non-maintained and unclean room; bathroom that would need to be changed. A really good experience for the adventure's lovers. The owner is very kind but don't take a look to the kitchen...we are sorry to write these not nice thinks but we would like to inform the owner that with small measures could become a cute and comfortable.

I like this place very much! I stayed in the cottage on 20th July for two nights. The staff was always willing to help, the rooms were clean and the place is located in a very quiet area. Two lovely dogs and a cat called 'Pluto' are also very friendly. We were tuk tuked to the Sigiriya Rock for free...

Don’t know whether this place is old or new but it sure has a run-down appearance. Room is spacious but many of the light bulbs have burnt out so it’s difficult to see the place clearly. A/C and ceiling fan. During supper in the dining area we're joined by three skinny cats who wear collars and seem to know the...

We were a group of four staying for one night before heading to trincomalee ... What to expect ... Big rooms and toilettes but no shampoo , great air conditioning , very friendly staff but there is no way of contacting them from the room if you need anything as there is no telephone in the room. You can enjoy...

I like this place the most because of its lovely garden. The manager was very helpful. He organised all the transportation we needed and helped us with booking our next accommodation. The breakfast was very good. Wi-fi worked perfectly.

It'a very nice and quite place to stay after a hard day climbing the Rock or visiting the old town. A very nice staff takes care of you in a cool garden with smart animals that come to visit you such as cats and dogs but also squirtles that ask you some Little bananas... it' s clean and with big...

Booked as part of a tour deal through the tour operator. Very damp and smelly room. Very basic. Not very clean. Would not stay again as did not feel comfortable. The breakfast was good and the waiter was very friendly.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and it was good. The staff was great, the rooms clean and the fee was fine. You can eat there a menu with typical food of the country. Then, you can rent a cycle to visit the Sirigiya rock yourself, they can help you for everything. We recommended absolutely.

Travelled around sri lanka for a month solo. I have pondered about giving this place a poor rating instead of an average rating but this site after all is made to help people choose where to stay and and althought I am persuaded that there are better places to stay in sigiriya this one can be ok for a night...Specially...
