Best hotel in Dambulla-Sri Lanka, the staff very professional and friendly, i stayed with my wife for 2 days and it was very nice. the breakfast buffet was perfect and the dinner too. Highly recommended.

This wonderful hotel is located at the edge of a large lake in its very private grounds. The hotel consists of the main building with the reception, large comfortable bar and a nice dining area. There is also a very well maintained swimming pool in well kept grounds. In addition just slightly away from the main building is the relaxation...

One of the best hotels in Dambulla. The food is good and the service is superb. peaceful place with a huge land to walk. calm place and the drive towards the hotel is having some nicer view of the kandalama lake

Fully professional staff and management. Amazing location and architecture. Great buffets in the breakfast as well as dinner. Highly recommend,if you want a place that is so peaceful and relaxing where you arw in the middle of nature.

This is a place if you wanna go to a mid range challet. Rooms are not very spacious but very clean and modern toilets. Calm and quite enviornment with a nice view of lake. Large garden along with the nice pool. Food was exceptional and good service too.

A beautiful place, quiet, peaceful, right on the lake. Excellent rooms. Outstanding food & buffet restaurant. Great service. Lovely pool. Helpful staff. Plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Highly recommended.

No wifi in rooms!!!! So everyone need to go to the reception for the Internet. Charging 25$ dollars per person for dinner buffe which is a lot for Sri Lanka hotel. Also they charge 5$ for playing half an hour of billiard which is just annoying! The rooms are far from the actual hotel (pool, reception, bar & restaurant). Beside...

We arrived at this hotel - after a bumpy drive up a 3 mile track ! Our first impression was good with views of the pool and beautiful scenery. We were driven by golf buggy about half a mile to what seemed like the edge of the resort and given keys to 2 of the worst rooms we had stayed...

Don't go there. Bugs everywhere. In your food, they fall from the ceiling on your head. If you go to the a la carte restaurant you will see two guys swiping the floor literally 24/7/60/60 but it's pointless. We had ants in the shower, bath and generally the bathroom. We had a mouse in our room and also around twenty...

this hotel is nice. location deep inside away from all other hotels and dambulla traffic. you will find lot of ants and insects in your room besides lizards ?!?!? unfortunately my wife and child got sick and villa provided way deep inside from the entrance. to find your way back to restaurant is very painful - called many times the...
