10 minutes to the beach, which isn't all the although the walk along the front is pleasant. 15 minutes to the old town, prettier than Dubrovnik. Air con broke took around ten minutes to sort out. Have the squid. Good thing is when you have been taking buses etc getting back and knowing there is no need to go out... More

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The owner could not do enough to make us feel welcome. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful too. The breakfasts were excellent and the pizzas we had in the evening were delicious.

Fine small personal establishment, very decent rooms & a short walk from the beach. Staff really go out of their way to make your stay a good one, couldn't heap too much praise on them. Good seafood on the menu. Highly recommend.

Great welcome to a good little hotel. Excellent service all-round, and could not be more helpful (Franco). Rooms are spacious, clean, with balconies and air-con. Very good for this part of the world. ( better by all accounts according to my work mates in other hotels). Breakfast was put on early for us on a few occasions on request. The... More

The Owner and staff go the extra mile through out the stay, nothing is too much trouble. Very Clean with beautiful garden to eat outside morning and evening. A walk of about 15 minutes to the beach, the old town is another 10-15 minutes. I would stay at the same location again if visiting Budva.

Clean and comfortable rooms with good functional AC is a good start. Add a friendly manager, a beautiful garden and a good hotel restaurant and you have hotel Olivia! You really feel at home and if you get tired of the crowded beach, why not stay in the garden and eat at the restaurant, I´ll recommend the grilled squids, served... More

The wifi experience here is pathetic. Either it does not connect, or if it connects , it does not stay connected for too long. In any case you have to log in after every 30 minutes. If you are doing some extended work, you will be disconnected automatically. On top of that, when it is connected, the speed is pathetic.... More

Our first visit to Montengro and we really did well to have chosen this hotel. We had a car and were driving all over to visit the country and the owner was so helpful with maps and tips on where we should go, made all the difference having the car parking. The rooms were lovely and clean, the staff were... More

We stayed there for the second time, and once again we enjoyed it. The hotel is located just 10 minutes walk from the beach and about 15 minutes form the Old Town. The rooms are very clean and weel equipped. There is also a safe parking. The best part of the hotel is a garden with olive trees. In the... More
