We stayed 2 nights at the Queirolo. The property has an old and a new part. The old part is a charming hacienda style setup. The new one is more modern with large pools and restaurants spaces lacking a bit an authentic winery ambient. Our room at the new part was spacious, very nice with a splendid view over the wineyards. The restaurant lacks any charm and looks like a group tourism place. The food was very good and the staff very friendly. For breakfast only American style is served and for a 5 star hotel we’d expect to have Continental offering. We had eggs and asked for adding vegetables and had been served a half avocado with a side charge of 8 Sol which is a ridiculous price for Peru. The Wifi was very good everywhere. very nice was the wine tour with good explanations about the history, wine making and the lovely viewpoint overlooking the yards. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.…
Arrived with my wife for 2 weeks to Peru and booked the hotel paying with credit card. The very next day, the government issued a lockdown and the Hotel cancelled the stay, initiated by them. They refused a refund and insisted that we rebook but we will be leaving before the end of the lockdown making it impossible. This is a service paid for and not provided and an insult to customer service; in any country. After we told them that we could not rebook their suggestion was to pass the voucher to someone else. Well thank you, but I think I will just dispute this with my credit card provider. Thanks for the hassles.
Dear, Don't book this hotel!!!! When you try to cancel withing the cancellation period (due to Peruvian travel restrictions), they suddenly change their cancellation conditions. 3 weeks before arrival we tried to cancel and postpone our booking for 1 year, but it isn't possible. They are not flexible in choosing an alternative booking period. Don't pay anything in front!!!!! Kind regards, Luc Didden
oaradise setting. So peaceful, so beautiful, so inviting ! We stayed for a quick get away during our annual trip to Peru. Hotel Vinas Queirolo can highly recommended by our family. Love the tour, the history and the food ! I was able to do my prayer walk in the morning through the fields with vines heavy and loaded with grapes. I am going back !
An oasis of glorious vineyards hidden on the edge of chaotic Ica. Luxurious rooms, outstanding cuisine, and a swimming pool to die for. The standout moment will be your first sip of sangria blanca (even better if you can take it during one of the insane sunsets). The strangeness of the smell of fermented grapes reminds you this is also an authentic working hacienda. It feels like you could stay forever.
