Its and old Hotel today converted to an Hostal in this Oasis in Ica. he installations are basic and no hot water. If you spend the night beware with the mosquitos. People are friendly and they have place inside to part your motorcycle.

We managed to get a private room for the price of dorm beds from the hostels on hostel world. I do like the rustic charm of this place and the pool is AMAZING and staff are friendly. We booked a tour from here on the Dune buggys and enjoyed it. It's obviously run by a male, the restaurant and bar...

We didnt sleep there because we were taking a night bus to arequipa and i wouldnot want to sleep there. bathroom were okay but the shower was a little gross. The nice thing though is that they kept our bag during our buggy tour with them, then let us use the pool, take some sun and use the shower before...

Stayed here for three nights with my boyfriend. €8 per person per night for a twin room en suite. Rooms were musty and old and bathroom was semi outside and very very basic. Didn't eat in hotel as the menu didn't looks appetising, pool was very murky but they cleaned it extensively every morning so think it was the chemicals...

We looked around many hostels before choosing this one. As mentioned in other reviews it is indeed very basic and a bit musty, but what we liked was the fact that it was very quiet (unlike most of all the other hostels we looked at) and that it was full of old colonial charm. The rooms smell a bit funny,...

We stayed here for a night in order to do the sand boarding ad buddy rides. It was booked by a company in Paracas and they promised us English speaking staff. This was not the case. We got there and immediately had issues. There is a pool but it is so muggy. Enter at your own peril. The entire hostel...

This is not a place where you want to be. It probably was cool 25 years ago, but now only the memory remains. Rooms have their own low-pressure but hot showers. Internet works in main area. No breakfast. No lockers, but storage provided by staff. Swimming pool! Dirty, but still the only swimming pool in a hostel I had in...

They give you fake money!!!! I went to this hotel/restaurant for lunch and swim in the pool. I paid with a 100sole note, the older skinny man behind the bar gave me change of 70soles - there were 2 other bar staff nearby. This was the only place I spent money at that day and the only money I had...

We stayed a couple of nights in a twin room with private bathroom (50 Sol a night) at the Salvatierra in Huacachina. After having a look at several hostels in Huacachina (some too expensive for our budget, and some really dodgy), we decided for this room. The hotel is very old and unfortunately, you'll notice that. The room was very...
