This hotel delivered in every way. From the handling of our bags at the train station at arrival to the check out a day later, they knew how to take care of their guests. The property is integrated very naturally into the cloud forest and even has a nature walk on the property with guides that can educate you on...

OK - this hotel is very pretty, and the food was very good. But we were charged $50 for an extra bed that we had advised we already paid for through our booking.com. We were stuck. If you are only here for 1 night - and you get in late and leave early, why pay this much? The beds...eh. Small,...

We stayed for one night at this hotel after visiting Machu Pitchu. The hotel is very environment friendly. The rooms were very nicely furnished. The birdwatching tour in the morning and spectacle bears project tour are outstanding. Lots of green plants and trees. We had dinner and breakfast and both were amazing. They had several vegetarian entrees and the best...

A beautiful place not to be missed. Located at the foot the Machu Picchu, the hotel consists of several "casitas" along a wonderful "park/forest" featuring hundreds of wild orchids, many of them endemic, rocket-flying humming birds and all sorts of other wonderful, colorful birds. Skilled naturalists take you on nature walks and explain lots of details along the way. Special...

Dear guest, Thank you for your email. Machu Picchu enjoys a subtropical highland climate - warm and humid during the day and cold at night, humidity ranges between 77% and 91%; we apologize for any discomfort caused and will continue our efforts to diminish the impact of this local condition. Six different casitas (rooms) categories are offered in order to...

Set behind the Agua Caliente train station on the edge of town, away from the touristy commercial sites and touts. Lush jungle-type of setting, they must have 20 gardeners to manage it. It reminded of some of the high end resorts in Ubud, Bali, which is saying a lot. Muti-building casitas style of setting, some rooms with fireplaces. Cozy separate...

We stayed at this hotel as a group a couple of weeks ago. The hotel ground is lush and the buildings are clustered along a river. The railroad is near by so you can also hear train noise, but it runs very infrequently during the day. The rooms were a bit rustic and small, but well kept (They probably gave...
