Only stayed one night before our day at Machu Picchu but easily would have stayed another night afterward, if our time would have allowed. Location on the river and close proximity to the hot springs was perfect! Staff was very sweet and someone even met...More

You need to get to Ollantaytambo by tour bus and then get a van (35 soles but very dangerous during rain season) or train (Peru Rail or IncaRail, very expensive but the most popular way). In Machu Picchu you cross the bridge and keep walking up the main street to the hostel. Very close, and you can ask people in the way.
