Stayed for two nights when visiting Machu Picchu. The room had one internal window overlooking a stairwell and another overlooking a courtyard so small it was like a lift shaft - barely slept it was so noisy. Nearly broke my leg on the top step of one of the flights of stairs as it was higher thn the other, and...

This hotel was an upgrade option available to us from the company we hired for the Inca Trail hike. Definitely worth the extra funds. Rooms were very simple, but clean and what we needed after 4 days on the trail. The customer service at this hotel was wonderful. Friendly and very helpful.

The walls were thin, they do provide ear plugs...but it stopped pretty quick, beds were great, shower was hot and breakfast was good. Wifi was spotty.. To tired to care after walking all day.. I would stay here again.

After 4 days on the Inca trail, the Inka town hotel felt like a palace. A bed and a hot shower, what a luxury. Seriously, this hotel is perfect for a night in transit, conveniently situated close to the market and the train station. Of course, it is noisy but so is every other hotel in Peru, especially in Aguas...

As other reviews indicated its location is next to the train station which along with friendly staff made our stay bearable. The downsides were a crappy breakfast, uncomfortable bed, small room without a window and the noise. Seem to be pretty limited options in Aguas Calientes anyway so it wasn't a big deal to be there for 1 night,

We had a nice 2 night stay at Inka Town. Initially I was disappointed because our room did not have a window to the outside. That made it less than optimal, but the rest of the experience made up for it. The people working there were so nice and incredibly helpful. We were there with our 2 kids during the...

Hotel is just behind the train station which was, in a way, good as it was convenient to walk to the hotel and is close to shopping. However, it was noisy even at night because our room faced the train station. It is no wonder that the hotel provides complimentary earplugs. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Bathroom...

We stayed here on 5/13/14. All the arrangements done via a tour package booked by CTM Tours. Our tour guide met us at the train station, which is strategically located across from the hotel, at walking distance and he walked with us to the hotel. The hotel is close to some eateries, local shops and the marketplace. The staff is...

The Inka Town Hotel is small 7 floors with no elevator. We lucked out with a 2nd floor room. Hotel was clean, service excellent, but the room was very small. No noise problems as we were in an interior room. Good breakfast. We were happy with the location and the Inn. We are not fussy people so were not put...

I found the room comfortable and clean. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. My room faced an alley, so I was not bothered by noise from the train station. The location is good; close to shopping but not in the very busy section of the town.
