Dar Kamar is a boutique hotel centrally located, near shopping area and the "African Hollywood"
This hotel is impressively appointed with traditional and antique artifacts throughout; every corner is a discovery for the curious eyes, it's like stepping back a few centuries ago bu

We stopped at quarzazate en route to Marrakech for the night so our expectations were low as it was merely a stopover!
What an amazing hotel - rebuilt by a Spanish photographer - amazing decor, beautiful terrace where we had breakfast! It was tucked away down alleys - at first w

We were really disappointed with this hotel and I can't really see how the other reviews show it in a much better light.
|Our room was very gloomy, although spacious, with a very scruffy bathroom. The service was perfunctory and we really got the impression that that they had oth

We had a very nice stay at Dar Kamar. The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. The staff were kind and tried to be helpful, but we had to ask several times for an item. To be fair, they did get sidetracked with checking in other guests. Dinner was plentiful, traditi

We are visiting next month and we are trying to decide what to pack! The nights are cold, so what heating is there in the hotel, and particularly in the rooms? Does the air on also heat?
Our room had a white heating unit above the door that has a remote control that allows you to adjust the temperature. If you look at some of the photos of the rooms you'll see what I mean. If you crank it up and give it enough time, it does a pretty good job of heating the room. We were there in December so we needed it!

Hi there Your Riad looks so lovely... We are thinking about coming to you next week, 15th & 16th February. Its my husbands birthday so I would like to have a double room with a view and terrace, is this possible? Also the possibility of a Hammam and massage, do you have these facilities? And we have a small dog would she be allowed? We are travelling through Morocco in our motorhome and are parked in Marrakech but we are going to hire a car and drive over the mountains so can we park a hire car with you? Someone mentioned rooms 13 or 14, are these available? Thank you very much Gail
Hello, we would be arriving by car, is there any parking? We would like to arrive on Tuesday 17th and out on Friday 20th May, we would also like to book a twin bedded room. Thank you, Angie
Hello Angie, There are two kind of parking in the Kasbah of Taourirt: a free one with no guard, and a 24 hours guarded one that cost 20 dhs per car/day. If you would like to do a firm booking, please send an e-mail to our reservation service. I am very sorry but Tripadvisor does not allow to include any HTML links nor malito in this message. Kind regards, Carmen

Dear Sirs, we would like to stay in Your Riad next Sunday. We will land in Marrakesh and we should drive to Ouarzazate. Are roads open? We heard that we will have to do a pass. Do you think we will find snow? How long will it take to arrive to You from Marrakesh? Thank you for Your prompt reply, Monica and Carlo
