We came in November which, i was told by our wonderful host Lahcen, was during their offseason. We had the whole place to ourselves and honestly i couldn't recommend this place more. They were so generous, and so helpful to us, the place lived up to its name and we were truly treated like family staying in their guest house....

I was so awe-struck when I arrived at this gorgeous guest house, I spent about 2 hours on the rooftop, drinking mint tea and watching the dune while the sun set, before tucking in to a delicious 3-course dinner. What a special place!

On the journey to Sahara dunes we stop for one night in this riad. We were warmly welcomed by Hassan, the owner of the riad. From the first moment we feel treated like family members and it was pleasure to spend some more time with the owner and talk about life :) Riad is managed as a place for big...

This family run guest house makes one feel at home and part of the family. The tower room I stayed in was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always very tentative. The meals were also all well prepared, varied and delicious. My overnight trip into the desert was delightful....slept under the stars!! Highly recommended all...

This hotel is approached by roads that make you feel like an explorer. The owner, Mr Hassan, and his staff welcome you in such a wonderful manner that you feel as if you are in your own home. When you are told 'My house is your house' he means it. I stayed here for only 1 night but really wish...

We stayed here with my girl a couple of days ago. The owner and the whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. I liked the room, decoration, space, bathroom very much. Also had an excellent dinner. But the main plus is the professionalism of the owner, you have a feeling he likes what he does and cares about people. Also...

We liked this guest house a lot. Family run, moroccan style, clean, beautifully decorated, spacious room, BIG comfortable and firm bed, nice shower, relaxing rooftop terrace with views of the Sahara desert, attentive staff, lovely dinner by the poolside (we had the chicken tajine and Beef tajine - Big portions). Overall, great choice. (One small note: Water is not complimentary...

We enjoyed our stay at Maison Merzouga with Ali and his family very much, they are very nice and generous people and the atmosphere in the maison is very familiar and one can experience real moroccan hospitality. Ali‘s brother is also fluent in german. They all were very helpful and caring when my daughter fell sick. The place itself is...

Great oasis, went to Merzouga twice, and choose Guest House Merzouga twice, it was a recommendation and it was a very good one! Dinner by the pool, the sunrise on the roof, the music, and the view of the dunes, it´s all good. I love it

We turned up at guesthouse Merzouga in a village just outside Merzouga in July and it was boiling. We were greeted with individual ice cold bottles of water as we walked through the front door! The hotel was quiet and beautiful, decorated with hundreds of lovely rugs over all the walls. It had a lovely courtyard garden and great pool...
