I went there with my boyfriend and two friends. We arrived in Merzouga at 6am with the overnight bus in complete darkness and some men were offering us to guide us to the hotel. But we went there after the sun had risen on our own as it's just a short walk down the main street. The man who was... More

I was there in September 2005 with a friend , and both were delighted. My experience was special because I was sick when I arrived there; and I can say I was very lucky, because it was the best place to rest and heal. Said and Zaid's attention was excellent, I was given medicines and remedies to heal my fever... More

I was traveling with my husband, sister, and cousin (my sister lives in Morocco). We'd been to Morocco before but had not experienced the desert or camel trek. My sister heard great reviews about the camel trek experience through this hotel. We drove from Ifrane to Merzouga before heading out into the desert for a 1-night camel trek. The accommodations... Very nice place. Better than what we imagined a hostel would be. Breakfast was really good. Clean showers and toilets, etc which was my biggest worry. Very helpful staff. We felt quite safe in this place. We did not stay overnight so can not comment on sleep quality.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Did a camel trek through the hotel (which was amazing) and they were very flexible, understanding and tried to make my time the most enjoyable. Said is amazing and a great person to talk to learn about Moroccan culture. Facilities are nice and vary in style/type depending on budget and need. Food is good... More

Our group of 17 showed up and were able to store all of our belongings in some of their rooms and we immediately got on our camels. After a 90 minutes guided camel ride to the desert camp, we were lead to our tents (not made of wool which was nice because they weren't too hot) with great beds and... More

More
